Pros

Easy to use and simple to follow instructions. I am a sales trainer and my clients need a simple system.

Cons

Haven't found a negative yet. Don't know what more I can say. The product does the job without any drama

Pros

Value for money and pretty good support even when not subscribing to the top end version

Cons

Integration with MS Outlook is not as good as Salesforce - but the price is a lot less!!
