We have used this system for many years now, and I am very happy with it. All employees find it easy to use, it is very straightforward. From my point of view as administrator - it is easy to add employees as the company grows, it is very easy to train the employees and it is very easy to monitor.

Pros

Very simple but very effective. It is simple to add employees as the business grows. Very little training is required - which is important to me.

Cons

I am finding it hard to think of a negative - maybe could be slightly cheaper!

Overall excellent. There seems to be a lot of support and the system works very well.

Pros

I wouldn't be able to do my job without this. I don't need all the detail/options available but it suits me fine to use what I do need.

Cons

I have had occasional trouble with Tasks columns resetting so I can't see Account Name or Description. These can be reset but it's a con to have to do it. That said this problem has only occurred occasionally and has not been a day to day issue.

Pros

Its pretty flexible and I found it easy to customise the function to suit my needs

Cons

I don't have a lot of experience in with crm, but it seems straightforward to use.

Service support has been brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble and they have helped numerous times with data uploads.

Pros

I create email campaigns easily using the pinned templates that I have created which saves loads of time. And using campaigns I can resend to non openers at a separate time. I have used the data from the campaigns to monitor responses over time and work on improving my content to secure higher open rates.

Cons

Occassionally I have difficulties with the sizing of images on the email templates they appear very small but when sent do not appear the same size. I would like to see an easier way to have two coloums side by side. or for the text to flow in one box between two columns. Some more interesting bullet points and maybe emojis would be fun.

As a company we've been able to grow considerably due to the fact that Really Simple Systems allows us to easily keep track of communications with our existing accounts and potential customers. We've been able to drip feed marketing emails and other mailshots using their fantastic email system.

Pros

Really Simple Systems is fantastic. I've never had an issue with it. It's a highly capable system with all the features you could need from a CRM. The email tool is fantastic and the dashboard gives you an at-a-glance look at your sales performance. Also, if you ever get stuck, their support team is incredible.

Cons

The only thing I haven't enjoyed is the time between version 4 and version 5. In the changeover period things became slightly clunky and it maybe wasn't as seamless a process as they might've wanted. It's all working fine now though.

Pros

We have been using this Software for nearly Six years now. What we like most about this software is, we never faced any major issue in using this software. We almost always got immediate response whenever there was any concern. And also, there was hardly any downtime.

Cons

The design and cover page could have been changed. Its the same design and same cover page for many years now.

RSS CRM is exactly what it say - really simple - yet packed with CRM functionality! I'm really impressed with the dashboard widgets and reporting We use all available modules to run our business so appreciate the exceptional uptime and rapid support

The ability to store all data in one place & to be able to run specific reports by market sector

Easy to use & gives all the detailed reports we require for our business & to be able to manipulate data.

Cons

The pdf reports I run are not sequential & have gaps on the various pages. ie a general report I run should only take up 4 or 5 pages, but actually runs over 10 pages with lots of gaps. I cannot see anywhere or how to adjust this in the setting

I wanted to introduce a CRM system to our small company in order to have a central database of client details and store documents against them. I've used CRM systems for many years in previous roles and found them invaluable as a marketing tool, so looked around for an online system and found the Really Simple Systems CRM. It's very user friendly and even the free version has a good range of features. A good value subsciption then adds other tools and the ability to link email to contacts etc. I haven't used it to its potential yet but I'm sure it will be able to grow with our company.

My previous job used Really Simple Systems, which was my first experience with using a CRM. I realized how much easier the CRM made my job. Sure, it takes time to enter information, but once it's there - I can access it from any device. I don't have to wonder what the receptionist's name is at the appointment I'm about to walk into. I just look it up. I like the way the tasks are presented each day. It organizes my time and my bits of information. At my current job, the company doesn't provide a CRM. I signed up for Sales Force, because I didn't think Really Simple Systems had plans for single users. After a few months of Sales Force, which I found cumbersome and just "too cute" - the whole thing is built around a camping theme - I went to the Really Simple Systems website and saw that YES, I could sign up as a solo user. It was a happy day. I immediately signed up and I'm so glad to be back.

Pros

It is so simple to use. I truly feel like the system was designed by people who do my job and know how to structure a CRM that flows naturally with my business.

Cons

The save button on CONTACTS seems misplaced to me. It's the only button of its kind on the accounts and I often forget to hit save before I exit that item.

Pros

It's definitely easy to use and I'm sure the additional features are great, I just don't need to use them.

Cons

Spaces in telephone numbers don't pick up on the same number without a space so you need to ensure to remove the space

I have been using this product for over ten years when I was introduced to it when working at Iizuka and subsequently for my own business. I have also introduced it to other small businesses and one homeless charity I worked for called Emmaus. RSS were generous enough to provide it pro bono! It was a fantastic way of keeping profiles of each resident and sharing the information should the resident move on to another establishment. It solved a complex problem very easily!

Pros

The product is very easy to use. It is easy to manager clients and the interactions with me. whether it be by phone or email. With the subscription product, emails can be synced with the client details which saves having to copy and paste.

How customisable to our requirements the program is. It makes it easier to produce the data we require.

Some of the terms used to describe the different sections of data are confusing and require getting used to. The short amount of time before you are logged out again.

The "new" site, tends to load slower than the old sometimes. I wish there was a few different color pallets to choose from ie light, dark, grey.....

Once used for a while the way various features of the software link to each other are really useful. Email tracking is a great feature, as is the email builder tool.

Cons

Nothing really significant. Like all CRM packages takes a while to come to grips with, but as is often said, practice makes perfect.

Easy to use and gets all your sales enquiries organised as you go along. Ideal for a non techie person so it is perfect for a micro business of a large sales force.

I still have not grasped some of the terminology...like "opportunities". There is no box for email address'.
