I also like the flexibility with creating the "maps". Cons The set-up can be complicated and hard to remember all the steps. I also think the program needs work aesthetically.....it could be better to look at. Pros I love how these guys work they do such a great job. It takes only about a week or so to get back to us with what we'd need to get back to serving our customers but what they provide is exactly what we need. It's only tough to read. Cons Just the readabilit is tough. It would be nice to say. "these are the clients taht you need to contact" But that would be some crrazzzzzy work and/or technology. I am able to track each dollar the company receives and pay our producers the agreed upon percentages they earned. It is super easy to run producer reports at the end of each month and I have complete confidence in the product. The price is also unbeatable. Finally, in 7 years I've only had to use customer service TWICE and each time I received a phone call almost immediately. They are very knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant! Cons Once you renew a policy, there is no way (that I am aware of) to see commissions received for prior policies.
