Pros: - In spite of only being used in the company a demo, we have been able to change the perspective of how to follow up the guarantees of the clients.

- The system of maintenance tasks, allows to facilitate the activities within the workshop with pre-programmed systems.

- The adjustment of results within each business unit is optimized as it improves performance with each product purchased, placed and followed up to have excellent consumer proofs.

- Its applicability is quite open in terms of time, availability and handling from the job manager.

Cons: - I can only say that they do not stop improving this tool that is made to increase productivity at work.

- They should have better support or response units for Latin America, since companies like ours are testing new applications that promote improvements for the customer in the market and with a high commitment to growth.

Overall: A good experience to increase productivity and responses during the follow-up of the guarantees of the work carried out.
