"Solid and comprehensive ticketing solution"

**Overall:** I dealt with a very responsive and hands-on support team that helped me deal with any issues that arose.

**Pros:** The functionality and ability to customize is quite powerful and comprehensive, allowing us to adapt to our needs in just about every situation.

**Cons:** The web-based management application is not always intuitive and takes a bit of time to become familiar with and to successfully navigate.

**Reasons for Switching to Spektrix:** Spektrix allowed us to integrate our ticketing service fully within our website - previous solution was an external site.

"Patron Services Review of Software"

**Overall:** This is much better than our prior software.

**Pros:** The fact that we can access both donor profiles and general patron info is spectacular. Reservations and selling tickets is easy- which is the largest portion of my job.

**Cons:** The fact that I cannot easily customize the format of reports that Spektrix gives me makes it difficult to meet client needs sometimes. If I want to add an address to an invoice, I have to wait for (a very helpful) customer service rep.

**Reasons for Switching to Spektrix:** Software was no longer serving our needs.
