Overall: The product is pretty good for managing currencies, and raffles and couponing etc.
Pros: COMARCH is very easy to use once you get a hang of it depending on the version that is being used. The latest version is very user friendly.
Cons: There may be a dependency of the organization's tech stack to work in tandem with COMARCH, this needs to be taken into account while designing the architecture.

Overall: COMARCH has shown true partnership by being as involved as they can to provide solutions and recommendations to achieve the company's vision. The Product roadmap, albeit a bit late on the modernization (such as redesigning the product into a true microservice solution), shows innovation remains to be at the forefront. Application of Global Practices allows the product to evolve and keep up to par, therefore allowing the customer to likewise remain ahead.
Pros: Ease of rollout and a true separation of Rewards Product Catalogue allowing business users to perform Rewards SKUs, and mechanics without needing IT intervention
Cons: Cost to host and maintain the Platform is high vs what the enterprise needs today. We are not fully using all of the capabilities of the platform but the cost is for the full stack even if not in use.

Pros: I like that we can track the redemptions of our customers at real time. It is also easy to manage and navigate through the platform.
Cons: Some capabilities from our side still needs to be integrated to the Comarch platform which limits some of the capabilities that we can do. But with the right time, we will be able to integrate with them majority of our platforms.
