Overall, my experience has been very positive. I find the customer support to be generally responsive and helpful, with a few exceptions, as is common in any service.

Pros

The system offers robust functionality and is highly customizable to meet diverse needs. Additionally, customer service is good ensuring that any issues or inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently

Cons

I believe the user interface could benefit from a redesign to improve its overall look and usability. Additionally, there are certain functionalities that should be integrated as standard features within the system, rather than having to be requested or customized separately. These enhancements would greatly contribute to a more seamless and efficient user experience.

Pros

The customizability of Labgen is very convenient and allows for internal building of panels and tests. Labgen developers are very knowledgeable about the product and are able to make good recommendations regarding beneficial additions to an individuals system.

Sometimes it can take a while to get requests addressed and quoted out.

I love this system! Reports are colorful I like how the molecular reports include the antibiotic and it's action!

Easy to used and able to customize reports. Also webportal for clients

some information can't be included on labels like date of collection and doctor's name

Overall experience with Labgen has been great. From initial talks with sales staff to implementation with technical staff, Labgen has delivered on all promises. Our lab mainly uses the Tox and MolDx modules which are robust and deliver exactly what our customers want. I would recommend Labgen to any and all labs looking to streamline their LIS processes.

Fantastic LIMs company. Customer service is great, pricing is competitive, and the software is robust.

Pros

LabGen is robust and simple to use. The integration capabilities coupled with the order entry interface is among the best we have used in 10+ years experience. The reporting capabilities are also extensive which is critical to our business management.

Cons

At first it looks overly simple to the naked eye. But once you dive the software is intricate yet maintaining a degree of simplicity.
