Pros: The intuitive user interface makes establishing your rules and groups a breeze. You can easily allow a single user or group access to a website while remaining blocked for everyone else.

Cons: The logon agent for windows systems can be a bit cantankerous at times. You sometimes have to have the user log off and back on to put them back in their user group.
