Working in Higher Education Residence Life for over 15 years and using various work order systems, eWorkOrders is hands down the best system I have utilized for facilities management. For starters, the price point is amazing and, in opinion after doing months of research, unbeatable. Additionally, the onboarding process was one of the smoothest system conversions I have ever taken part in. The level of customer service we have received from the day we signed through to today is truly commendable. I couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose eWorkOrders.

Pros

The pros are endless: •Onboarding- Quick, easy, in-depth and tons of support. I have built out a lot of systems, but this was by far the quickest and easiest build I’ve done. We were provided with clear guidance, easy to follow training and tons of support along the way. If I ever got to a point where the system didn’t do what I wanted or needed to make changes, I was able to communicate that and get the issue resolved quickly, sometimes within hours. •User Experience- The system is built for an easy user interface. It is simple and easy to navigate for both the back-end user and our residents. This has made training our in-building staff so much simpler during high turnover periods. •Customizable- My favorite part of building out the system was how customizable things were. We operate fairly different than other facilities management teams and needed several things customized to our needs. During the build out, we were guided in the right direction, shown how to make things our own, and given best practices used by other clients that might fit our needs. In the end, we were able to create a system and workflows that work perfect for US, without having to give up any of our wants. •Customer Service- Truly impressed with the level of customer service provided. I have never submitted a request ticket for any of our systems and gotten the turnaround time and level of care, as I have with eWorkOrders. •Pricing- You can’t beat the pricing. The different levels of pricing make this system great for any size facility management team. The amount of money we saved from switching to eWorkOrders and actually getting more out of our system was so substantial I couldn’t believe that it was true.

Cons

I truly can't think of any cons to eWorkOrders. We have gotten everything we wanted out of the system, all while saving our company money.

Our overall experience with eWorkOrders has been excellent. We’ve integrated it with our facility automation system so runtime hours, alarms, and downtime events automatically trigger work orders in eWorkOrders. It’s incredibly efficient, and has transformed how we manage preventive and corrective maintenance.

Pros

What I liked most about eWorkOrders is the outstanding customer service. Also the system is genuinely easy to navigate (no steep learning curve), and setting up automation and integrating API's was a breeze. Everything feels intuitive and actually saves us time instead of creating more work.

Cons

Honestly can’t think of any cons worth mentioning. It does exactly what we need and does it well. Great product

I highly recommend this program, we have been using it for over 10 years, with young and old employees and it works great. have 2 employees, and 2 properties, it will work, have 30+ employees and 100 properties, it still works just as well.

Pros

Easy to navigate and use for all ages, computer savvy or not, customizable to our needs and wants. Great reporting, you can do the work and log your house and running payroll report is very easy.

Cons

There really isn't anything I "don't " like, if there is a change I need, I just reach out to \[sensitive content hidden\] help me customize what I need.

Setting this system up for my institution was outsourced however the support from start to commissioning was very well taken care of by \[sensitive content hidden\] and the other team members. What I like most is the response time to all my inquiries. It's also worth noting that most of my inquiries were met immediately as the system was already capable and just needed to be selected or activated in the settings which was always done by the support team with a short explanation as to how and where it is located within the system. For this I can only blame myself as the 'help' section is always available. Regardless the team always seems to be very helpful. It takes a little time to get familiar with but the more functions I use, the more I found it easier and easier to management work at all our facilities. I recommend this company. Versatility of the system is great. Assest managing is very easy to edit. Print out function with attached checklist worked out great for auditing purposes at our institution.

Cons

Too many e-mails. I found it difficult to manage the e-mails which come from the system; it is however a good function.

Pros

My company has been using eWorkOrders for a while now with great success. The fact that its available in a phone app has been a game changer in our organization. The app has expanded the opportunity for more than just a single individual to be involved in the creation of workorders thus speeding up the recovery time of downed equipment and improving productivity in the process. I would highly recommend eWorkOrders to any company that wants to operate more efficiently with their maintenance management program.

Cons

Thus far, there have not been any issues with the app that I have encountered. My team and I are comfortable with the ease of operation within the app.

My experience has been fantastic. As mentioned, we were up and running on the first day. EWorkorders Staff has been great, especially \[sensitive content hidden\].

Pros

EWorkorders has been very easy to use, and we got started issuing work orders and collecting data immediately. The information contained has been invaluable, the mapping function is fantastic, and the many options to generate reports is commendable. I've worked extensively with \[sensitive content hidden\], who has been an enormous help. He is clear and concise with his instruction, hasn't made any mistakes, exports my data within minutes no matter the number of assets, and he is very patient as we continue to learn. \[sensitive content hidden\] has made EWorkorders completely worth it.

Cons

The only thing I wish I could change is the process of making PM's. Each asset must be entered into the PM, which takes a while to complete. It would be great to have a mass add function, and mass schedule add function.

It's like hitting 5 out of 6 numbers on the lottery.

Pros

Ease of use + great customer care. I always feel, probably from dealing with other Help Desks in my life, like I'm going to get the wrong person to be able to help with my issue. Like, "oh, you need to hang up, redial, and press the #2 option; we don't solve those problems here; bye" But that's never been the case when I call or email. I can probably count on 1 hand how many times I've needed to interface with \[sensitive content hidden\] and/or anyone else in the 4ish years we've been using the eWorks platform; and the customer care has been tremendous. Furthermore, I've never had to hang up and redial hitting #2; \[sensitive content hidden\] know's exactly what I'm talking about each time, and is well versed in solving the issue I'm having on my end.

Cons

The only con I have is you changed the flag colors. They're kinda faint now, and I totally despise it. Oh, I'd also like to see a Green. Its super petty, and overly artistic....believe me, I know; but I'm just being honest.

Excellent. Their onboarding team, specifically Joe Castiglia, was phenomenal to work with. Very easy to draft information for upload into the system to speed along the implementation process.

Pros

It's a simple platform. The other CMS systems we reviewed had extremely elaborate tools that would likely simply go unused based upon the need of our business and the skill level of the team interacting with it. Having the option for an unlimited number of users means that even our base level technicians can have ease of access to the platform without us having to review the P&L every time we have a new staff hire. This was a huge nuisance with our last platform and EWO solved for that.

Cons

Lack of custom report generation. As a person who subscribes wholeheartedly to a data driven approach, being able to manually custom make reports would be a huge improvement on the experience with EWO. However, the other tools in the system are more than adequate for operating the business and any custom reporting we may need can be done by customer service.

eWorkorders will always be my go to cmms platform for my current and future positions as a facility manager. Once all the initial data is entered it is very easy to get started and use. You can use all the bells and whistles or just the basics. Its a great "do it yourself" software that is cost effective with little or no initial set up support needed. Customer service and support is great if needed.

Pros

By far the best value for your money. I have used it for both large and small facilities and its a great fit for both.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind about what I like the least. The learning process on start up takes a little bit but eWorkorders customer service is always there to assist quickly.

### "E work Orders for School Cafeteria Maintenace and Asset Tracking"

I've been using the system since I took over the kitchen equipment for all our cafeterias, since 2008. When both of our equipment technicians retired in 2021 I had to learn to navigate the system (checking work orders, assigning work orders, closing out work orders, etc.) and I called E Work Order helpline a lot for guidance.

Pros

This is very easy for our employees to use and it is easy for us to keep track of their work orders and who is servicing the equipment. We don't use this to its full capacity, such as keeping track of payroll hours or overtime. It is only me and 2 other technicians, but it is easy to keep track of what is going on at the 69 sites that we oversee and the multiple types of equipment at the kitchen sites. Anytime I have a problem with anything, mostly reports, the customer service is great. Very friendly, very patient with my limited knowledge of computer programs and very helpful in showing me a better way to accomplish what I am looking for.

Cons

Except in the beginning, when I was trying to do things without really knowing what I was doing, I haven't had any problems.

I really enjoyed E work Orders and like that they are on top of everything and fast service. They make you feel #1 and if there is a problem, they will go out of the way to fix it or customize the layouts to help. I like that they can help you during implementation and during that first 6 months of using the new Ework software they do not charge of have hidden fees when you need help.

Pros

I like that it is customizable for you and the company needs. You can ask any customize and Ework will accommodate. Very fast service and even after hours and weekends.

Cons

Not very much not to like its really good. If I had to suggest I would say for CMMS tracking Meters for Semi Trucks may need a little touch up but also depends on the company that is using the meters. For inventory view definitely warranty tracking needs to be an option Shelf Warranty vs In use Warranty

Our deployment has been steady over the years and the support from the eWorkOrders staff has been unwavering to help us along. The reason is that the end user of eWorkOrders operates in a bureaucratic manner and there are times when things slow down or grind to a halt and then pickup again.

Pros

The level of customer support was very good as well as the IT support when we requested custom work that needed to be done. All the personnel at eWorkOrders are very knowledgeable, responsive, and most of all pleasant to work with.

Cons

I think in my experience, that the 75 character limitation on item descriptions has been a bit problematic plus the fact you can't have items with the same description even if they are in a different stockroom or location. However there is a work around that can be used.

So the vendors that we engage with have got to be at the top of their field. Our teams are spread out throughout many locations around the world and they give eWorkOrders the highest possible rating for the easy to use, support team and their high quality CMMS software solution. Implementation throughout our many locations has been seamless. Employees love it. With the eWorkOrders Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), we can effectively manage and schedule preventive maintenance and resources without any disruption to our business operations and prolong the lifecycle of our assets. Top managers love the fact through reports and dashboards, they get real-time information on our maintenance operations. We recently began integrating our inventory application with Grainger so that we can easily manage inventory levels, costs and more through our existing system. It is a real plus that eWorkOrders is a system that grows with any size organization.

The implementation of this system has allowed us to document the work we perform on our plant equipment both for maintenance and for safety records. We now can historically track all parts used and time spent on assets. We also have detailed records of the company assets as well. The inventory portion allows us to order and track inventory as well as accurately cost what we use and check vendor pricing.

Pros

Creating and monitoring work orders is very intuitive and valuable. The ability to verify what work was done and what parts were used is priceless. The inventory and purchase orders are intuitive and a must as well. Being able to track on hand inventory and how it flows is extremely valuable.

Cons

The system does need the ability to have the purchase order receiving accurately account for what is received when incomplete shipments are received and entered. There is no partial item count (ex. Received 2 of 3) on the purchase order record if there is a partial receipt. Yet...

Positive to outstanding.

Pros

This software has an ease of use and covers so much of what's needed. We run our business on it and it has performed flawlessly. It has so much "bang " for the buck. This software performs with or better than any other CMMS software on the market. The initial set-up and implementation was super fast and all questions arising from it being new to my team were answered within minutes of reaching out to customer support. If price was no object, we would still use eWorkorders. I have customized it with no issue and train new people all the time. Fantastic Software and Customer service!!!

Cons

Cons are few. I would add a picture and document function into the original package and charge for space beyond a certain limit. Add a color option for text in the work order so you can highlight or bold things you want to stand out. Add a lock function to the notes. This would prohibit anyone changing a note and date for nefarious reason (CYA). That's about it.

After consideration and use, this product will do what ANY other CMMS product will do, but, with less strain on your wallet. Customer service is top notch!

OT was hard to use and since they use an Explorer primary platform system, you are stuck with explorer glitches as well. Spending an hour trying to figure out why the printing fields are right is a waste of time and productivity nightmare.

My overall experience is positive. I have never had any major issues and when I reach out for help someone is quick to respond and fix the issue.

Pros

What I like most about eWorkOrders is that it is user friendly and easy to navigate. Fixing problems is quick and easy. The team is always very responsive and helpful as well.

Cons

The only issue I dislike is if a query is too big it kicks me off and I have to retry.

Overall my experience with eWorkOrders has been good because of the service that is provided. I can call \[sensitive content hidden\], present him with what I need and he will walk me through each step with ease. To him there is no dumb question and he communicates very clearly, even if I am unsure or don't understand. GREAT SERVICE!

Pros

How you can keep track of assets and their maintenance.

Cons

There are too many tabs here and there and in the beginning it was rough to figure out what tabs got you where you needed to go. Finding reports and doing them was a little tough as well.
