Tyler specifically was very easy to work with and did a great job of working through any challenges we came across. Pros Our management has enjoyed how easy it is to use the software and track where supervisors and employees are within the review process. Cons The con for our company was minor. Supervisors typically establish goals before making them visible to the employee and evaluate, discuss and agree upon the identified goals in the employees review. With Trakstar when you establish a goal it becomes visible to the employee immediately. We previously had no performance management process in place. This tool is helping us align our department goals to the leadership goals, and on up the chain. The support team answers my questions professionally, and in a timely manner. Pros It is very easy to navigate. Cons As the product develops, it could have more features.
