I did the appraisal right away so there was no time to add notes but to just add comments as I go. Pros I like that it was simple to just rate and having the option to add comments. Cons I wasn't too sure how it was calculated but I only gave myself a 4 twice and the rest 5 yet my overall points was 4.1 when I'm thinking it should be higher than that. I love being able to add notes and keep up with goal progress. We went from using a paper system to this online version and it has simplified so much. Pros Ease of use.
