October 16, 2017 5.0 While this is an investment, it is one of the most comprehensive performance SaaS out there for it's price point. Pros Easy to use, near plug and play set-up, organization of data and helpful analytics! This software has kept us at the forefront of industry performance review standards. Cons Engagement is not intuitive, and still requires a champion pushing it forward in the organization, but I think that is standard with any platform. Review Source DG David G. There is an extensive library of recorded webinars on all subjects available, and there are regular live webinars to keep one refreshed and up to date on new features. If one still has questions or desires additional information, the Trakstar technical support staff is top notch responding to requests at the speed of the internet via email or over the phone. The initial set up takes some time but it was an interesting and creative process. Managers and employees alike find it user friendly and not intimidating like other systems. August 31, 2010 5.0 We have not even looked at another source for this service. Pros After a lengthly search we happened upon Promantek and have not looked back. It was not had to blend our gang into the system and now it is a process that is very smooth. The hard part is to get the supervisors to stay up with all the enhancements that Promantek provides. Pros What I liked most about this software is how user-friendly it is, the many features and useful reports it offers, the flawlessness of the implementation process thanks to our very knowledgeable and thorough account executive, and the excellent training our administrators, managers & employees received and have access to via video, phone and online support. The implementation process was seamless. Trakstar's team made sure to make sure that we had everything we needed administratively and for employees.
