"YMCA of Central Ohio Loves VolunteerMatters"

**Pros:** Having used VolunteerMatters for two years, we love the software for the ability to screen and easily manage different volunteer teams, events, and opportunities available at our organization.

**Cons:** While not many Cons, one we have is at times the ease of use when having volunteers complete multiple credentials that may require them to exit the site. At times volunteers can get confused by the navigation.

"Happy to be with VolunteerMatters"

**Pros:** Ease of use for volunteers and admins, updates to the software are seamless, customer support is the best I've ever experienced, development is open to new/improved features

**Cons:** Finding subject matter in online support doc's can be cumbersome.
