iTracEMS is a reliable platform with a rich feature set. If you can look past the basic design, itrac is a budget-friendly tool that can help you scale your business and reach a lot more customers.

Pros

It's easy to upload lists and manage contacts. The deployment process is fairly easy to learn. You can get very detailed reports highlighting all kinds of interactions

Cons

You cannot throttle email deployments so email rollout can take hours if the email list is large. In comparison to other platforms, iTrac user interface and design seem very basic. There's no heatmapping for email templates and you cannot see how long a user scrolled your email.

itracEMS is a legacy system lacking a lot of features available on other platforms but it costs much less than others. They need to update their UI and reporting to be competitive in today's highly competitive market.

Pros

It's easy to deploy and upload contacts. List management is a definite pro as you get the option to upload the data in a lot of default and custom fields. Even large deployments are rolled out fairly quickly.

Cons

itrac lacks a lot of key features including a/b testing subject lines, throttling email deployments, extensive reports. I wish they add common features that are provided by competitors like MailChimp, Bronto, etc. Sometimes the list can get stuck during uploading.
