The software did not update as needed and fell behind in terms of features. In sept 2021 ScheduleVIEW closed down and we lost our ability to access schedules remotely. Pros The software is able to Schedule appointments accurately. However data was forced to be entered manually each time. Cons The software closed down in Sept 2021 leaving customers with no support. I have a problem and tech support will not return my calls. This has been a problem for months. Unless they get more responsive support I cannot recommend this product.
