I have used this product for 15 years and have been quite pleased with it overall. Customer support has been phenomenal when needed.

Pros

ECP is a fairly easy product for documenting care provided and medications for our residents, so it's easy to teach newer staff how to do so. It is easy to add new residents when they are moving in, and create care plans for them. Security settings seem good. When there are issues, the customer support team is easy to contact and they seem very willing to help try to resolve the issues in a timely manner.

Cons

Changes are made often, probably trying to improve the product, but along with the changes seem to come glitches at times or parts that stop working until we do a ticket to have it looked at.

Great experience, I'm excited to learn more of the system. I come from using PCC for many years and ECP has been great.

Pros

The easily accessible training videos. ECP support very quick response and thorough follow up to my questions.

Cons

At first glance it looked very overwhelming and not user friendly. I was dreading having to learn a new system.

Great, always get great customer service, timely responses, picked up use after first day, learn by playing around in system

Pros

User friendly, ease of communications with ECP representatives. Quick responses, easy to teach to staff

Cons

Missing needed reports for clinical or ease of finding reports, would love to have some higher level function tasks for the Director of Health and Wellness to assist with our reports

Easy to use (except the MAR), easy to navigate for the most part. Would like to have access to more in depth on-line training to learn all the features that we may not be taking advantage of.

Pros

Easy to navigate, easy to train new staff for simple operations like charting. I was able to train myself on how to use it, however I know there is probably more that is can do and I am not utilizing it to full potential.

Cons

The MAR is not user friendly. I have reported issues with med times being back dated to ECP with no resolution and it is still causing issues. Scheduling tasks is confusing for new staff. Need more access to in-depth online training so upper admin can really utilize ECP for all it can do.

So glad we made the switch. ECP is comprehensive and customer support is excellent. Favorite feature was being able to customize the RAT to trigger service plan questions.

Pros

Customer support, ability to customize service plans to RAT, ability to enter in late entries, dashboard information with ability to drill down, easy to use

Cons

Rigid programming that prevents what feels like simple adjustments - attaching a note to the email when sending the service plan out, being able to bold items in the tasks for staff to see important things

My experience is good and continue to learn with biweekly calls with ECP. The support if ECP is excellent when you call or email, the representative is very patient. Value is good as it is detailed and information is secured.

Pros

ECP is easy to communicate with residents, family and to send care plans. Billing is accessible easily ands in now central area.

Cons

Onboarding challenging but easy with time. Last entry of documentation need to be shown with new entry.

In comparison to Devero, I like Devero better. But that was more when I was working as a home health nurse.

Pros

ECP is efficient and easy to use. I like the face sheet the best because it lists all pertinent information.

Cons

No place for medication reconciliation. This would be a great tool for the med techs when administering medications.

I enjoyed the training in the beginning when we started using it. I do enjoy the check in's from the company to make sure all is still going well and answer any questions we may have. I enjoy the easy use of the product and easy navigation.

Pros

Customer support has been fast, reliable, and friendly every time I have needed them. I am pleased with this program. It is easy to navigate. There are a few things that I would like to see in the future but overall this is a really great program to use!

Cons

It makes you click to many "okay" boxes after you have clicked okay or complete. Kind of repetitive. I can't type in a medication and it show me a list of all residents that take that medication. I would love to have that. Sometimes I wish there were a way for me to see all resident instead of just one side at a time. There may be but I don't know about it if there is.

Pros

Value for the money is good. Customer service is very quick to respond. Information documentation is very easy and manageable. Resident management is good.

Cons

More report options to run are what are needed. Not just the diet sheets and face sheet. If they could put an option to run a report of patient taking an insulin, antibiotics, and/or anticoagulants. Also, a report to run for diagnosis, who does or doesn't have it. The report to run for the doctors are very confusing.

More pros than cons. I love the ECP team and how easy it is to reach them with questions; I love how \[sensitive content hidden\] has been on top of trainings and online trainings. He answers all our questions and really explains the processes, so it is understood.

Pros

The ease in which the program works. It makes training others very easy. It is also good to have everything we need to do our jobs in one place.

Cons

Some of the reports that we need ECP does not have them. When we ask for a report to be added we get told they are working on it, but it never gets resolved.
