This is a very good, user-friendly and affordable product that has great value for the cost and good customer support. The software continues to improve and be updated per what we were promised. This is our 3rd. software in 3 years and is by far the best and a keeper.

Pros

\-Very user-friendly -Exceptionally customizeable -Good customer service -Levels for types of users helps to make it easier to train on (there is not a lot of extra stuff that makes it confusing) -Interfaces well with our pharmacy's software.

Cons

\-The customization process can feel daunting but is worth investing time into. -Would be nice to have some sort of apartment tracking module (future update I'm sure : ).

Value for the money is good. Customer service is very quick to respond. Information documentation is very easy and manageable. Resident management is good.

Cons

More report options to run are what are needed. Not just the diet sheets and face sheet. If they could put an option to run a report of patient taking an insulin, antibiotics, and/or anticoagulants. Also, a report to run for diagnosis, who does or doesn't have it. The report to run for the doctors are very confusing.

i did like the password and login issues can be reset by facility admin, so there is virtually no wait, or company IT to get ahold of

The ability to personalize tasks, meds, and aide duties per patient, and the abilities to assign each task daily, weekly, monthly, and different periodical time slots.

Cons

system crashes and sign in issues, which can be daily, and sometimes multiple times daily. there can be issues that last days, and impede clients ability to use the service in total.

Good, we have used clinical for a 10+ years and have had good support and growth. Having good response around our questions.

Pros

The ability to work together with clinical, CRM and Carefeed and automate many parts, also the assessment to fill in the care plan.

Cons

The reporting and finding our best referral sources and how many leads they have sent us. Also dashboard has issues reporting thing accurately.

Overall, it is a great cost, and their security is top notch. They always communicate when they have to update or do a maintenance check on the system. You have a problem you send in a issue they take care of it right away. You don't have to wait days to get the problem figured out. Takes less than if 30 minutes for someone to email you back or call you and they talk us through the issue.

Pros

They are hands on company. They are always improving their system and asking for input and how they can make it better. You give them examples of forms you need and they work with you.

Cons

Sometimes the programming of it can get confusing. But they do have videos to watch that shows you how to do it or you reach out to customer service, and they are always willing to help you.

Overall, the experience has been extremely positive, and it has been enjoyable to train new communities on the platform. The level of customer support and regional support provided by ECP is unlike anything I have experienced before. I am very happy that our communities are utilizing ECP and continuing to grow through the use of its various interfaces and integrations.

Pros

has incredible customer support and has been very user-friendly for our teams. The platform makes it easy for staff to document resident care, complete charting, and add progress notes efficiently, which helps support both compliance and continuity of care for our residents.

Cons

One area where could continue to improve is within the assessment process. Streamlining assessments to make them more efficient and user-friendly would help reduce duplication, improve workflow for clinical teams, and allow staff to complete documentation more timely while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

I use it multiple times a day every day. It goes well. is set at 40 mins to give a notification of not passed. When as a company we have an hour before and an hour after. If the time could be adjusted before saying a med or treatment is past due

Houses are grouped together. In history there is a drop down for individuals so you can easily switch

Cons

When old employees come back to work they have problems accessing . Sometimes 2 accounts are in there. The old one and then a new one when they return. Can termed employees be deleted right away.

In comparison to Devero, I like Devero better. But that was more when I was working as a home health nurse.

Pros

is efficient and easy to use. I like the face sheet the best because it lists all pertinent information.

Cons

No place for medication reconciliation. This would be a great tool for the med techs when administering medications.

My experience is good and continue to learn with biweekly calls with . The support if ECP is excellent when you call or email, the representative is very patient. Value is good as it is detailed and information is secured.

Pros

is easy to communicate with residents, family and to send care plans. Billing is accessible easily ands in now central area.

Cons

Onboarding challenging but easy with time. Last entry of documentation need to be shown with new entry.

It has been a pleasant transition. I would have liked for all of the resident information to have transferred over instead of us having to manually input, especially the assessment.

Pros

Ease of use. Great support, always quick and friendly and always have an answer to my questions. The staff is extremely knowledgeable.

Cons

I would like to change the time out greater than two hours or not to have a time out at all unless I log out.

It’s been great! We couldn’t have chosen a better system for our needs. Our staff find it very easy to learn and use.

Pros

Ease of use for my staff! The support staff are also very responsive. We have never had to wait more than a day or two for an answer.

Cons

Our only involves not being able to save certain documents and go back to them later. We waste a lot of time reentering assessments.

Overall, it has been working well. Customer service has been very helpful every time I've needed them.

Pros

No more paper, it is mostly user friendly. Has definitely saved money with printing monthly MARS and TARS. I'm still figuring out the difference between task and treatment

Cons

I wish the medications would flag a different way when due. Not all pop up at once and color coded differently. It is not easy to edit an assessment; it creates a whole new one and I find it time consuming when I get pulled away and come back to it and can't just jump back in, I have to start a new one.

My overall experience with has been great. Our staff enjoys all of the features available to chart effectively and spend more times with our residents and not centered around a computer screen.

Pros

What I love most about is being introduced to top leaders in the industry that developed a charting system that allows our staff to engage with our residents more within the community.

Cons

What I least enjoy about was them not introducing themselves sooner. ECP has allowed our staff the ability to engage more with the residents and their families within the community.

Pros

I do like how you can record multiple aspects of the everyday tasks that we are beholding to as staff.

Cons

the one thing I do not like is that we are not able to print out a completely blank MAR, with no consumer information. and that you are unable to link a resident to the pharmacy unless it is done at time of adding "New Resident. and that you cannot reactive a resident on the same day they were discharged.

It has been a great partnership between us and ; no complaints and we are happy to use ECP as our EHR, EMAR and CRM platform!

Pros

is very user-friendly and if support is ever needed; they are quick to assist. Care plans for residents and medication management features are easy to use as well. We started using the CRM portal recently and are enjoying getting to use that as well.

Cons

I really cannot think of any cons to or things that I like least. The flexibility of the platform and ability to manipulate things is helpful, but for some people there is a longer learning curve due to everything ECP can do.

difficulty in having different staff count controlled medications for different clients. Our clients are not broken up by halls, but assisted individually by staff.

The customer support and information available for our use. This program is very helpful. I like how we can just print off what we need. I like how we have everything in one place.

They deserve a Gold Star

Pros

Price (Smile) it is more oriented toward "Client Care" and ease of use compared to some systems that are Accounting, or Billing oriented. We started with MARS which out pharmacy "Populated" most of the program for us, Then it took about a week for caregivers to begin doing "Incident Reports" nest we began the "Observations" which are the care notes and Change of Conditions . just "Sucks you in" and makes it very easy and fun to do documentation. And just as you begin to think I wish they addressed an idea I found it had been addressed and better than I had in mind. These programmers are familiar with caregiving. The support help have been awsome, smart, polite, knowledgeable, do not beat around the bush they know what I am asking and have direct, correct answers

Cons

Language and defenitions . What I am calling something is not what calls it, but when I mentioned it they did have good answers and I think they did great at reaching universally acceptible terms, I learned to call "Notes" and COC "Observations".

Reason for choosing ECP

Simple easy logical. I had considered writing my own management program (I have dont this before in the insurance agency business) When I saw the price and the depth that had included, there was no way I could do a better job, and they had approached the project from a "Business Management Client centered" care approach. I liked what they had done

Wo Derulo experience from incident reporting to being able to make work orders is extremely helpful.

Pros

One of the most important reasons I like this software is the ease of reporting on our residents forthe team to see in real time.

Cons

The only thing I dislike about the software is the times of scheduled trainings and not having accessibility to watch the trainings after the class is done. I am an overnight worker and I love to learn, but am not able to participate because it is during sleeping hours for me.
