What is QGenda?

QGenda Credentialing is a fast, intuitive, and transparent software for healthcare organizations to quickly and correctly credential their entire healthcare workforce. The modern solution delivers configurable automations and advanced workflows to streamline the full credentialing process, from privileging and primary source verifications to payer enrollment and ongoing monitoring, by making it predictable, repeatable, and scalable. As part of the complete healthcare workforce management platform, ProviderCloud®, QGenda Credentialing is natively connected to real-time provider schedules in QGenda Advanced Scheduling. Therefore, the platform proactively flags providers on the schedule who are at risk of a potential upcoming credentialing issue and makes providers available to be scheduled as soon as credentialing is complete and any issues are resolved.

Pros

  • QGenda is very user friendly and has the ability to do more than we ask. It helps to keep everyone at every site organized and we are looking forward to expanding its capabilities within our group.

  • I used to have great customer service support and felt like we mattered to the business, we have been with them for over 10 years. The products are easy to use, extremely handy and great.

  • Its ability to collate and streamline the process and timeline to tracking providers' upcoming expiring licenses, certifications, etc is super helpful and stress-reducing.

  • I love that there are options that allow me to know what documents are about to expire. That helps keep me up to date.

Cons

  • One thing I struggle with but am learning is that to perform a function, there is often a couple different areas something needs to be changed for that function to be executed.

  • I have been having some trouble with general log in and being unable to see my schedule. It has not been resolved thus far.

  • No easy way to print a month/week/year-at-a-glance. When errors occur, there is no natural trouble shooting process, and they are highly cryptic.

  • The program is so bad that it has made managing one's schedule impossible. Many have stopped trading call because it is so hard to work with the program.

"Qgenda is worth it!"

Pros: Qgenda is a fantastic product. The algorithm has made our call schedule creation so much easier. Takes us a fraction of the time it used to. Customer support has been great throughout! Highly recommend.

Cons: Still requires some tweaking once the schedules are made

"Worth the money"

Overall: QGenda is great! I was hesitant to switch, even though I knew our previous scheduling platform wasn't going to work as we grew. It's a great platform, service is fantastic, and it has upped our game.

Pros: QGenda is very user friendly and has the ability to do more than we ask. It helps to keep everyone at every site organized and we are looking forward to expanding its capabilities within our group.

Cons: One thing I struggle with but am learning is that to perform a function, there is often a couple different areas something needs to be changed for that function to be executed. The more I learn about the platform, the better I am at figuring it out, but is sometimes frustrating. However, QGenda support is AMAZING and is always will to help!

Reasons for Choosing QGenda: QGenda integrated with our HR platform to assist with payroll
Switched From: When I Work
Reasons for Switching to QGenda: We were growing rapidly and WIW wouldn't be able to grow with us appropriately.

"Qgenda for Anesthesia"

Overall: Really very positive. While there are some limitations with any product, having an agile and friendly support service more than makes up for it.

Pros: The customer support is fantastic. I have a wonderful team that takes my requests and works hard to find ways to make them work.

Cons: Because of the complexity of the product, it's not always intuitive for admin functions. This is why I rely on the customer support team.

Switched From: Lightning Bolt
Reasons for Switching to QGenda: The product was limited and clumsy; ability to make live switches involved multiple steps and reports were limited.

"Great Features!"

Pros: Qgenda has all the features needed for credentialing maintenance and they are releasing new additions at lightening speed. Customer service and support are readily available to assist when needed.

Cons: Would like to see a true Payer Enrollment product.

Reasons for Choosing QGenda: Qgenda was easier to work with and did what they could to meet our budget.
Switched From: CredentialStream
Reasons for Switching to QGenda: The product under HealthStream was Echo One App. It was extremely outdated and being discontinued.
