"Not worth the cost"

**Overall:** I lost money when the automated payment system glitched. I paid too much money for a system like this to lose money on it.

**Pros:** Their CRM tool for touching clients is robust - it handles inquiry, intro, reminder and marketing emails very well.

**Cons:** Whenever anything goes wrong - like the app stops working correctly or automated payments stops working - it’s impossible to get help from customer service.
