It was a good system to start up with.

Pros

Appointment Calendar is easy to read, Booking online feature is helpful. There isn't much more I can say.

Cons

Wish it could search by animal's name. It seems to go offline frequently. Not user friendly, and unreliable.

I've used this app at 2 different salons and have enjoyed it since day 1!

Pros

Not too complicated. There's a fix for almost everything. You can be alerted for every appointment made. Customer service is nice and helpful.

Cons

I wouldn't say there are many cons other than SOMETIMES the app times out and refuses to let you log on/ see your appointments. Most of the time it is very temporary though..

Pros

Email and text reminders, series and packages, the link features to use in my own marketing products.

Cons

Have to make sure to use correct web browers, font changes or color feature in SOAP note section. Alot of down time, the app is really basic. Would like weekly email software (constantcontact) and text message marketing to be added to the plans without costing extra.

We found that there are quite some glitches in the system during the day when we have to use Booker. Hopefully this will get solved over time. We know that technology is not perfect. Overall we are very satisfied and will recommend it to anyone.

Pros

I love that it's a complete system--handling my scheduling, client reminders, special offers, gift certificates, and reporting. And paired with the customer rep, it's an amazing tool for rebooking clients and filling open slots. I also love that the booker team takes our feedback, and continually improves the system. I have recommended booker to many of my cohorts and will continue to do so!

Cons

I've needed customer service a couple of times, and though available and responsive, they often aren't able to help and I am left to figure it out myself. I also wish the training event notices were much smaller and/or didn't cover up the application window. It's annoying when I'm trying to take payment or schedule a client. :-(

Booker is great, it's user friendly, easy to train on, offers great customer service and training tools. The only issue is the system errors, Booker frequently goes down or freezes making it complicated to book, check in guests, and process check out.

We recently decided to use Booker Software for our acupuncture practice and day spa, after seeing a presentation at the Live Love Spa event in NYC. We could not be more impressed with the capabilities of the product, which is surpassed only by its ease of use. It has clearly been designed with input from many clients over a long period of time, so that virtually any feature one could want has been included. Payroll, inventory, scheduling, web calendars, e-commerce, email and text communication, and social media integration has all been covered. In addition, the customer service and training has been exceptional. Although it is done remotely, it is everything you could want. Scheduling of training sessions has been very flexible, to accommodate our busy practice. Information is presented in a clear and easy way, and you don't progress to the next level until you are comfortable with what you've just learned. Instructors are very patient. In addition, there are plenty of training resources available online to review at your own pace, to supplement the one-on-one sessions. Our excitement level is incredible. We cannot wait to be fully operational with Booker so that we can truly begin to manage and market our business. Our minds are spinning at the possibilities, and it's inconceivable that we will not see a major increase in revenue once we are using Booker to present our business to the world. And at a price of about $4/day, the return on investment for this outstanding tool should make it one of our best decisions to date.

Pros

I have been using this software for over two years now, and I can honestly say that it's one of the easier booking platforms to use. I get a lot of customers who say the same thing on their end as well.

Cons

The one thing that sometimes can be difficult is when guests have two different profiles that originated in different places. It would be nice to see that information from other salons, just in case there are any allergies we should be aware of prior to them coming in.

Multiple users can book time/space at our facility without ever having to have a discussion about it. Saves SO much time!

Pros

Ease of use, especially across platforms. Also the look of the software makes it simple and discernible to see what rooms/therapists are booked and when.

Cons

My work requires that I be able to adjust prices. Booker does not offer a simple way in which to accomplish this.

I have been using booker for about 6 years and overall it has been a great experience. It offers great management tools for scheduling as well as accounting. Customer support is sometimes hard to reach but they do updates on a regular basis to improve the service.

Pros

A lot of useful features for a reasonable price. Can book appointments, collect payment, track inventory, and clients can book online.

Cons

Can't customize service categories, cant scan documents to storage directly (scan to computer then upload), customer service is too scripted and doesn't do anything to implement changes to the software that the users need

Ease of use and accessibility from any device makes booker the right choice for my business. I appreciate that my employees can also have access to their schedules out of the spa.

Cons

Reports and the inability to send ad texts to clients via Frederick when we have promos on certain services or products. Please add this!!! It'll get you so many more clients.

I love all of the functionalities like the capability to book classes that have allowed our business to grow in ways hat wouldn't be possible without booker.

Cons

There isn't much... occasional outages that become frustrating but that are understandable. After all, booker's business is growing too!

I had a wonderful experience with Andy W. Credit card processor went down and I was not able to charge client for service up to a month later. Andy fixed everything for me within 10 minutes. So kind, so helpful. Andy W was awesome.

Pros

System is really easy to use, I love that. But on the rare occasions it goes down Customer Service is amazingly helpful. That makes all the difference.

Versatile, quite a few applications to use on it and it is extremely easy to learn and use. Usually takes about a day to learn

Cons

has a tendency to run slow and often glitch... Will go down for hours and you are left with no idea when it will be back up and running
