Pros

The system is Easy to use for customers and employees. It Covers many of the things your would expect from a booking app.

Cons

I dislike how often it freezes. the system seems to have a problem at least a couple times a month.

### "Better For Smaller Businesses"

Its a good choice for an independent contractor or small business, but if your business is large or complex this probably isn't the best choice for you

Pros

Syncs directly with your website, so people can schedule their own appointments and buy gift cards without you actually having to book the appointment or pay someone to be available to do it.

Cons

Cant add multiple locations and doesn't update changes automatically as well as some other softwares,

I have been a Booker customer and user for over a year and they really made it easy to learn the software and utilize it. When I contact customer service they always have a good answer for my problem. The biggest difficulty I have is learning how to use all the different reports, marketing tools, and other stuff because I do not have much time. When I get stumped they help me out and they have contacted many time to tell me how to use the latest thing or how to get more value from my investment. I really like Booker!!!!!!!!

This software is great and helps out our business so much. Customer service is great and quick as well. Only downfalls are the glitches that happen where the system goes down mid day and you are unable to check clients in, check clients out, make appointments, etc. Usually it is fixed quickly and resumes to being a great software to use for your business. We love that you can see what appointments are available and booking online for our clients is easy. Would definitely recommend other businesses to use this software.

I'm so very impressed with this company. They are responsive and great to work with. They have anticipated every need and thought of everything! This is what all companies in my industry ought to be using and I have told all in my network already. Within hours, I was all set up and ready to go and still had the support to customize everything to my own company building greater relationships with my clients. I'm told by my clients that this product is both professional and personable and I couldn't agree more!

I was very happy with the service I received from Spa Booker. They are extremely helpful and thorough with the training of the software. The team member I worked closely with was David. He made sure to help me get our system up and running properly before opening day of our business. The product is extremely user friendly, however I do suggest taking full advantage of the training sessions, since there is so much to learn! I look forward to a continuing relationship with Spa Booker to help grow my business.

Pros

I liked the idea of them creating an app for my business for clients to download. It was cheap looking and not worth the money

Cons

The software was confusing, I'm pretty tech savvy and have used online scheduling companies before, and this one is definitely behind in technology and not efficent. They weren't completely truthful with what I was getting, maybe the sales guy didn't actually know....

I have been using SpaBooker since 2008. I love that I can be anywhere and access via the internet. I like that it reminds the clients of their appointment with either a text message or email or both. They seem to know the feature that I need before I do. I hope that in the works is reminders for the therapist of when an appointment is coming up. Everytime I have had a problem they have helped me resolve it quickly either thru the help and tutorials or live chat. I would and have recommended this program.

I have been enjoying the ease of using SpaBooker for my businness. There was plenty of help along the way if I needed. Caitlin and Daniel helped me if ever I had any questions at all. The only con thus far, has to do with the solely with the SpaBooker app. I definitely believe it could be improved.

We opened our business over a year ago I have to admit that i looked at other options too however booker seemed to be the best one. We are happy with the service they provide and all the updates and things they have done for the last year the only part that we didnt like is that when it gets really busy on line around the holidays the system checks out...and freezes a lot also I dont like the fact that it does not matter how many employees you have you pay the same amount monthly for their services.

Pros: easy to use and train, great online training videos and webinars for new hires, generally never hangs up while using, usually any glitches or bugs are addressed in their very next update Cons: needs a lot of bandwidth on your internet to run quickly and efficiently, at times bug fix releases have caused other issues, customer service online chat can take minutes to answer at times Overall: a great product for the monthly cost and the features you get even with their basic subscription.

I had three major problems going on with my Booker account and Sean B. patiently took the time to talk me through every step. The problems I had ranged from setting up new memberships for our business to mishaps in accounting. Sean was very knowledgable about all subjects and was able to quickly help me correct all of the mistakes. Booker is not always intuitive, and sometimes has too many "Save" buttons on a page before you can close it out, but their customer service is quick and top of the line.

The rep I have been working with Stephanie has been the upmost help for all of my questions, emails, and day to day making sure our system is working properly for our salon! I have recommended their software to others and i will continue to! Thanks for the great support.

Booker has a lot of capabilities, and for the most part it's pretty intuitive. Moving appointments is a little trickier than I think it should be, but that's really the only complaint I have. Customer service is very helpful in trouble shooting!

Spa Booker has made great effort to make the transition between software at my job as seamless and smooth as they can. It's been a great resource for us also to have one of their employees, Samantha Clune in our corner whenever we need a little assistance. Her can-do attitude and candor has helped build a sense of trust in booker, through working with her she has conveyed the sense that booker has interest in our success and wants to make sure we have the all the tools to succeed.

i would not recommend this software. its just not worth the money.

Pros

Customer service is AMAZING!!!!! They are very quick to answer and fix any questions. Gift cards and client look ups are very easy to access even with out having a lot of information

Cons

Price was very EXPENSIVE!!!! Payroll is not customizable, tech support does not have any solutions.

The Booker software was an invaluable tool for setting appointments, keeping track of events, and checking out clients. That the system would also email service providers whenever a booking was created, edited, or cancelled was especially useful, and the overall layout was very user-friendly.

One day I made the decision that I was going to want to grow my business and I wanted to have a platform that would grow with me. Booker has done that it makes everything efficient. I have used several other online schedulers none are as efficient. I also love how they are willing to work with other companies, I feel like I'm part of an unstoppable team.

I can say that I always have great service. I love that I can easily chat with someone, (mostly Victor) and my questions are quickly answered. I have used Booker for over 4 years now and love the features Booker provides. It really helps in running a busy salon by keeping reports, payroll, allowing easy access for staff and clients to book appointments (from anywhere), text and email features, integrated merchant processing, and now Promote. I highly recommend Booker!
