The final package we have is exactly what we wanted and all the staff have been a delight to work with. Its a perfect solution for any Membership Association.

Pros

Friendly and Professional to deal with. Development process from start to finish was excellent. Request for changes to the software were actioned without the usual request for more money. If it was possible to do, then they did it. If not a reasonable quote was provided. Definitely value for money.

Cons

Sometimes the process took time on some support issues but they were always completed. They are implementing a new support ticket process that will probably rectify this.

Compared with our previous association management software, I have vastly reduced the amount of time spent removing spam, correcting errors, posting content (particularly with respect to our job board) and handling lots of mundane tasks. That gives me time for critical projects and member support.

Pros

The website is beautiful and scalable for devices. It is easy to make changes to content, which I do weekly with notices of new training and our job board. The database is easy to add and subtract members manually as an administrator as well as by users directly. We have a complicated dues payment process where some people pay annually and others monthly by PayPal, while still others have dues deducted by their employer and remitted by cheque monthly or quarterly. The system has been designed to accommodate all those routes. We have had absolutely great support in getting the bugs out and training on the system by real live human beings who have gotten to know us and our needs.

Cons

Customizing reports takes some knowledge of the logic and how to program it, although the company did provide some ready-made reports. Don't expect to have a custom system within a few months, even if you know precisely what you want. It takes as long as they say it will take in their proposal.
