Pros

Ease of use, user interface and simplicity

Cons

Negative values show up as positives when you copy in If you change a value to zero, it will not override when copied in the template

I had a difficult time learning the program when I first signed up. I now understand it better, and it is working well for the reports I am creating.

Pros

The organization and formatting of the report are a positive.

Cons

It is hard to use, expensive, and the comment sections do not print out completely in the margins as Crystal Reports, they only print within the margins if you export to excel. I have told tech support about these issues, but to my knowledge they have not been addressed.
