"Plenty of better options - massive regret"

**Overall:** Wish I hadn't have started selling tickets here. If I could change now I would move to a better platform

**Pros:** Ease to get started selling tickets. Apart from that there is nothing normal or useful in this platform

**Cons:** Everything else - especially the attendee app that has been in beta for over 2 years and causing a crazy amount of headaches. The system also cannot generate an proper invoice for attendees.

"Great Experience with RegFox"

**Overall:** Great! It is an extremely helpful program that is fairly easy to follow and trouble shoot if needed.

**Pros:** Easy to use and if any issues do arise, customer support is extremely helpful!

**Cons:** Sometimes it's a bit harder to get some issues fixed if I'm not the administrator on the account. Because I work for Drake Ventures and they are the administrators on the account we use. But the customer support is at least about to get me the information I will need to resolve whatever issue I am having. Its just the extra steps involved is a bit inconvenient.
