Pros: Flexibility, ability to create custom code & documents.

Cons: The support team only uses the ticketing system for support.

Overall: I've been a ConnectShip user/administrator/developer since early 2006. ConnectShip is a great product with outstanding flexibility. We have built an extensive library of custom scripts which allow us to execute many varied business processes. We primarily use the ConnectShip Warehouse product with the toolkit, client (Shipping Application), multiple databases, multiple carriers (UPS, Purolator, DHL and Default LTL). I would recommend ConnectShip to any medium to large business.

My one negative thing is the support team only works via tickets. If you have a quick question or what should be a quick fix, you still have to open a ticket and wait for a response. The ticket system is a little cumbersome to use.
