I am not quite used to this software yet, and certainly haven't tapped into its full potnetial (e.g. I have yet to use the tasks tab). however from what i have used - the holiday planner, HR document tab and the 360 review process, this is simple and nice to have in one place.

Pros

everything is in one place - now our holidays, and PDPs are all in one place, one less thing to do separately the design looks nice approving holidays is quite simple 360 feedback all being done in one place is very useful document page useful for keeping all HR docs relevant to you in one place

Cons

The interface can take a bit of getting used to. I occasionaly go to the wrong tab when looking for performance reviews versus my line managees.

As an end user, I found the software to be very helpful in the daily HR tasks that we ourselves can handle. Instead of having the HR involved. This brings all the important HR functions into one place,making it easier and more structured for everyone in the organisation.

Pros

The convenience of having all the HR functionalities in one place. Easy to use.

Cons

Nothing worth mentioning so far as the areas that I have used have proven to be very effective and efficient.

All HR functions were running smoothly with the system in place. All areas were covered allowing the team to focus more on strategic areas that required special attention.

Pros

\- This software is very simple and easy to use for any person in organisation. Managers and trainers will not have to spend much time to make employees understands. It is that simple. - Easiest way to apply for Leaves and they are giving number of categories to choose from. - the one thing I like most about people hr is they are available every time you need them. Even after solving your problem they will be available offline too by mails to make sure that you satisfied with answers. - Performance reviews made easy with People Hr. - Its global product so more than one company can be added on same platform.

Cons

\- There is one bug, or its system defect I am not sure but when we applied leave from planner instead of dashboard, numbers of Leaves doesn’t match with each other. Which is needing to be fixed. - other features and options are good I don’t find much things to be dislike about. - Any problem with installation and navigation can be fixed with video tutorials.

It is very handy as it can be accessed from anywhere anytime. And it is paperless HR system.

Cons

Team holiday Calendar. It is not feature rich and needs to be developed with more advanced features like to view all members leave days at a glance for easy approvals.

Pros

Provide efficient quality service with quality consumer services, easier usage and better accuracy .It also provides a platform for future human resource management without paper.

Cons

Lack of ability to store data more systematically and safely. I am looking forward to seeing future problems with software shortcomings.
