Proven track record providing cloud-based software for Risk and Claims Management since 1992. Often combined with TrackComp for workers' comp, safety and occupational health, as well as CertAdvisor for certificate tracking and TracLeave for disability management. Role-based security and incident intake portal allows for reporting of an incident at the point of the accident using a mobile phone or tablet. Highly configurable, reduces manual entry and reduces costs by up to 50%. Our unique approach of drill down dashboards, reporting analytics and ad hoc report writer are ideal for small to medium size organizations.

Very good. If there is a problem the trackability staff is easy to contact.

Pros

It is easy to use and navigate thru it's program.

Cons

The claims program sometimes does not fit the type of loses that we have.

My overall experience with TrackAbility was outstanding. The communication with representatives was always easy to understand.

Pros

While employed as the Director of Risk Management at Hillsborough Transit Authority I purchased and used the Recordables Software for our company. TrackAbility was easy to use and a great value for our company. We were able to increase productivity and replace manual process with Excel Spread sheets with TrackAbility. The Heat Map and Reporting Analytics was a must of our company. The representatives of Recordables always were available when needed.

It met all my expectations. The representatives were always available when needed.

Overall, the system functions well for a claims software and the support is fantastic.

Pros

The claims software is pretty intuitive.

Cons

Some of the reports are not intuitive. I typically get requests that encompasses generating a report from a query. If I could I would add some features.
