Esta herramienta ha permito modernizar el sistema de gestión documental a la vez de facilitar la administración del sistema al generar una visión macro de todos los procesos implementados, además que brinda la oportunidad de automatizar e integrar muchos procesos del negocio.

Pros

Pude contemplar la mejora de los procesos en la implementación y gestionar todos los alcances requeridos para el control de mi sistema, evidenciando un cambio positivo en el manejo de la información de nuestros sistema de gestión. Además me brinda una interfaz amigable para el uso.

Cons

El sistema de seguridad es tan cerrado/ seguro que la administración externa documental, exportar datos genera un método tedioso de uso. El sistema de reportaría ( Analytics) es muy "cuadrado".

overal, we are satisfied and would continue using the software. we do however hope to see more improvements in the projects, programs and portfolio

Pros

i like the fact that the system integrates various components of our business (risks, projects, documents, HR, action plans, performance, quality etc.)we are also happy to note that the software is constantly undergoing updates and reviews and that our recommendations are considered. The immediate support is very good with our accounts manager.

Cons

Our biggest cons are the reports, especially in the projects, programs and portfolios. The bulk of the work we do is in the projects module, but it seems the reports are limited to the status report. Most of our stakeholders are Government personnel and a lot of them require hardcopy reports. we are therefore having to reproduce reports.additionally, the development takes a lot of time and it seems that the functionality is limited. some of our recommendations and requests could not be done

In general I am happy with the solution despite of the issues around configuration and usability. There are rooms for improvement but knowing there is a roadmap in place and SE team listen the feedback, increases confidence and level of satisfaction.

Hemos tenido una grata experiencia con Soft Expert, hemos ido sumando a más areas de la empresa para que utilicen la herramienta, nos ha venido a automatizar varios procesos.

Pros

El componente de proyecto, proceso y workflow ha venido a simplificar nuestros procesos de I&D, ha sido muy sencillo el que todas las áreas involucradas puedan interactuar dentro de la herramienta y ver sus tareas pendientes por atender.El componente de Documento ha sido de gran ayuda como repositorio de nuestros documentos de I&D y del área de calidad de todas las plantas, ayudándonos al control de las vigencias de los documentos, autorizaciones.

Cons

No, hasta ahora no se nos ha complicado el uso de los componentes configurados.

Pros

Creo que tiene muchas funcionalidades, dentro de la empresa aún no hemos podido utilizar o ligar todas, pero creo que pueden tener una buena interacción entre ellas. Su diseño es amigable, ya que a comparación de otras plataformas la parte visual no es amigable y la visualización está adaptada a la empresa.

Cons

Algunas desviaciones encontradas en la plataforma son las siguientes: 1. No es tan sencillo de utilizar el producto2. Los respaldos no se hacen automáticamente por la plataforma, 3. Actualmente cuento con una persona especifica para atender todas las desviaciones de la plataforma y por ende posterior a 7-8 meses de implementación el sistema aún no puede ser autónomo. 4. Fue compleja la integración ya que contamos con una manera de identificar los documentos, y la plataforma cuenta con apartados completamente distintos y no se adaptan al sistema que ya se tenía implementado anteriormente en el sistema de gestión. 5. Al momento de dar permisos, tenemos que visualizar todos los permisos que tienen documento por documento y activar y desactivar uno por uno, no lo permite hacer por grupo.
