Pros: Simple, easy to use, flexible to evolve to changing business strategy and requirements
Cons: There is no app-based interface for mobile access, and app functionality is becoming increasingly prevalent in the market. The reporting is relatively 'static' in PDF format.

Overall: The tool plays a very useful role in supporting the development of senior leaders in the organisation. We really enjoyed working with ETS in the design of the customized feedback report, including arriving at the right set of questions / behaviours.
Pros: Ease of use. Powerful. Produces a value-adding feedback report.
Cons: Making changes can initiate a few bugs - typical with software, of course - but ETS fix these quickly.

Pros: Several things - the team at ETS are really easy to work with, a true partnership. The system is flexible and can grow as our use and need for it grow. The look and feel is customisable so it feels like an internal system rather than an external 'bolt on' whilst still retaining independence and anonymity for the feedback providers.
Cons: The questionnaire building function is challenging when you first start to use it - not as intuitive as it could be
