The mobile app is also a very great feature that allows us to do business outside the office. Cons Some of the buttons in Appfolio are a bit confusing at first. ex. delete is Reverse. It's easy to access and get high-level summary views, even if some of its more detailed features are harder to access. Cons Granted this could also be tied to the actual information being put in, but I find it difficult at times to find my important tax, receipt, and financial docs all in one consolidated place. I also feel like the reporting PDFs produced are a bit hard to follow in their structure. Cons System doesnt allow some files to be attached because they are too large, if the attachments allowed couod be larger this software would be perfect. I've not worked in any type of property management before and was able to pick up the software pretty quick. Pros This program is very user friendly. The service reps are always quick to get back to you if you have a problem or question. The Help and Training tabs are very useful as well. Not worth the money for what you get out of it. Have them revamp the accounting and make it more user friendly, like QuickBooks and now we're talking. Pros Ease of leasing/electronic signing. Tenant portals are top notch. Search bar to find anything quickly. Cons Accounting/reports. Price is too high for what you get. Cons When going into a tenant page if I send and email to the tenant from their tenant unpaid charges page it does not record on their page that I sent them an email.
