It has made reporting, records, and daily acitvites so much more efficient. We have been able to streamline personnel due to the increase of speed and efficicency that has come with appfolio. June 14, 2017 5.0 Pros I love that everything is one place and that it is accessible away from the office. Customer support is great. The online training videos and files make it easy to troubleshoot problems, but having the support team available is awesome. Cons Just learning the new way to do things. It seems like there are multiple steps we didn't have with our old program. But I think in the long run it will be better. Review Source RW Richard W. Able to integrate RUBs which basically paid for my software expense. System is user friendly and very easy to navigate. Employees seem to really enjoy their jobs Cons We have only 1 150 unit property so minimum pricing until we grow is a little high. Previous to using this we had to mail checks which was a pain. This makes it easy to submit payments online. Cons Would be nice to be able to add a note when submitting payments in case the money is supposed to be directed elsewhere (example move-in fee). Review Source MG Matt G. The user interface is new and updated and easy to navigate. Cons Based on our needs, we chose a program more focused on commercial property management activities. Cons The set-up was a little overwhelming because I had multiple appointments every week to work on setting up a specific portion of the program. Great tool for people managing a host of real estate projects at one time. Pros Easy to navigate between multiple properties, flexibility to accommodate multiple types of projects on single platform. Consistent pricing. Good platform for landlords as well as tenants. Cons Pricing model does preclude a number of small business-like projects (Storage).
