Great! Very satisfied with the product, looking at their employee reimbursement and corporate credit card solution presently. Very pleased with additional developments in the software.

Pros

A lot of great features that have made the accounts payable process more efficient with great internal control features. Integrates well with core accounting system (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]), and we continue to leverage electronic payment (DD and ACH) more each year with this system.

Cons

A few glitches here and there, setting authorities for users is a little complicated, but great customer service to help through any problems.

Banktel has been helpful to me for my role in risk management, in finding invoices for insurance claims and making sure they are accounted for properly, and it also ensures my organization has strong controls over financial reporting as it relates to the AP area.

Pros

Though I am not in the Accounts Payable department, I use the Banktel software regularly for my role in risk management. When I submit insurance claims, I need to be able to attach related invoices to that documentation. Banktel makes it very easy for me to find the invoices I'm looking for through various search functionalities. It also gives me visibility into the accounting entries the AP team is recording so I can ensure the accounting is appropriate in line with insurance proceeds that we receive. Lastly, I oversee my organization's internal control compliance, and I know that the automated approval controls that are in place within Banktel help ensure we have a strong control environment as invoices cannot be paid until proper approval is received.

Cons

Some of the reporting functionality available in Banktel is not entirely straightforward, and some training is needed to be able to utilize it to its full potential.
