It saves me from juggling three different systems. **Cons:** It feels like I'm using an old DOS system. It takes way too many clicks to complete simple tasks, which slows down my check-out process when the front desk is busy. Courtney P. PatientNow has a lot of potential but I think the hassle of certain items and how difficult it is to navigate can be a turn off for the system. **Pros:** More useful tools to help with day to day tasks and reports/inventory.
