When addressing these issues with the supplier I was informed it was our fault and more training can be provided at additional costs; yet we manage to use MYOB, XERO and previously NETSUITE without any issues... Pros Nothing. It doesn’t provide any solution in the format and use we understood. Cons Time consuming clumsy and expensive. Is very realiable, It has not crashed once in 3 years. Cons The software is extremely cumbersome and complicated. It is not intuitive, it runs more like an old fashined database, no icons, no right click for options etc. Entering recipes is very complicated, it does not talk to Xero, and even generating a production report in the order you want is painfull. While the reporting is good when you can finally find it it is very difficult to find the reports you want, and if you take two different reports for the same thing (ie sales over a month) you get different amounts. I don't know whay this is as they have never explained it to me. Customer service is terrible (and we are in New Zealand!). It is that bad that we are actively looking for new software after a massive amount of financial investment and time.
