"Disappointed ...."

**Overall:** I’m a new user (four months in), and unfortunately my experience with LimoAnywhere has been disappointing. I was told during the sales process that the software would perform certain functions that it simply does not do. Several issues I reported more than 2.5 months ago are still unresolved. To their credit, the frontline support team that answers the phone is excellent—responsive, patient, and very helpful. However, once anything requires mid- or upper-level management, communication drops off significantly. Promises are made, but follow-through has been extremely limited. The software itself is also difficult to navigate. It feels outdated, not intuitive, and far from user-friendly, as though it hasn’t been modernized in many years. I strongly recommend anyone considering LimoAnywhere to ask very detailed questions before committing. Even then, you may find the system cannot do what you were assured it would. Proceed with caution.

**Pros:** To their credit, the frontline support team that answers the phone is excellent—responsive, patient, and very helpful.

**Cons:** When a client makes a reservation for a round trip service the system does not allow me to send ONE email - I have to send 2, one for each reservation. THEN, when I invoice them, I have to send one email with the invoice and ANOTHER with a payment request. So, in total, a single round trip reservation means my client recieves FOUR separate emails. Really..... To their credit, the frontline support team that answers the phone is excellent—responsive, patient, and very helpful. "error rectification"

**Overall:** Once they make contact with you they solve the problem. They seem to know the product backwards. The product is very clunky and hence expensive. you cant get your head around it very easily. However it works beautifully and covers the booking activity from A to Z. I was genuinely amazed by \[sensitive content hidden\] today. she just ran through every thing with me in a jiffy and she could take me directly to the problem in a particular booking and resolve it in no time. that is what we require. She is a GEM.

**Pros:** seems to be a complete product. They have survived because of their excellent support staff. Every one of them seem to know the product well enough. I beleive they go through the rigors. If they lose any staff they will be stranded.

**Cons:** clunky and not easu to get around it since there are too many loose bits and one need s to have a flow chart but they dont seem to have one for the customer to understand how to reach a particularerror locatiom .
