Fleet management, Rate management, Long term, Short term, Chauffeur driver, Garage, Sale, Purchase, Insurances, CRM, Accounting interface and BI reporting tool and more. Did not attend any training, was given the information based on the handover from my predecessor. Although I agree that the system is quite comprehensive for the business, regular training is a must for continuous development. Pros Serves the purpose for the business, well thought off and planned in the development. Cons Whenever there is a system update or upgrade, the system cannot be accessed pending on the update or upgrade. This causes an issue especially when you have a customer standing in front of you. The system is not tailor made for our company as it has certain icons, Dubai police etc, we are a Malaysian company, thus some of the fields is not relevant to us. Was surprised to find this.
