Pros: Ease of use. Provides the necessary reports needed to manage expenses. Keeps all record keeping in one place.

Cons: Always updating and changing features. Sometimes the changes are not for the better, but they will listen to you concerns about the changes.

Overall: Company was able to stop doing expenses manually which was very time consuming.

Pros: Excellent customer support. Employees like the ease of use. Has changed enough over the years to adapt to our needs.

Cons: A smartphone app would be good. While you can access using your phone via a website, the app probably would simplify things.

Value for Money

Pros: Being able to have our charges reviewed and approved online has been very beneficial to our Staff Members. I have also enjoyed having Amex charges fed directly into the software daily without me having to retrieve and upload manually.

Cons: We use this software more as a Purchasing tool rather than a travel tool and due to the more complicated allocations of account numbers and cost centers, the software hasn't been as user friendly as we would like but I have been told this is a feature that will possibly be rectified in future upgrade versions. We will definitely be on the look out for that.

Pros: The ease of which it can be updated, and and speed and accuracy of the reporting. If we need anything at all, there is no hesitation of picking up the phone and talking to the team there, and working out a solution. Projects can be loaded in, and can automatically track expenses when an associate has it in their profile.

Cons: Sometimes there is an issue with China expenses when they as fed over, and they do not itemize out correctly.

Pros: Customer service is always quick to respond and extremely helpful. Easy to use. Quick set up for new employees. Easy to move employees to new departments. Easy to update approvers all at one time when there is turnover.

Cons: Reporting can be difficult. Users seem to have a difficult time with the hotel folio and receipt attachments (specific file types and size).

Pros: How Expense Net worked with us to customize the software to meet the needs of our company, and continually follows up with us to notify us of any updates and changes that would affect our team.

Cons: Not being able to customize a report without seeking help of Interplx staff. That being said, once the report is created, I can then run it anytime on my own.

Overall: Able to process multiple expense reports with minimal resources.

Pros: I like the reporting. We have a lot of turnover and moving of departments, ExpenseNet's functionality makes it easy to move people to new departments or organizations.

Cons: A manager that is no longer working for the company I have found with our set up can be difficult to make inactive.

Pros: I like the centralization of the process. It truly allows expense reimbursement to be paperless while allowing for good oversight of expenses. There are so many reporting options, I still have much to learn in this arena. Customer Service, from sales, to daily processes, to funding issues, is outstanding!! The response time is amazing and thorough. User suggestions are considered seriously and I have seen updates already that have addressed my requests.

Cons: Transfers between locations cannot be backdated and changes to approvers cannot be pre-dated, that I have found, though this may change in the future.

Pros: Ease to use, can function in any area we need. Anything we need it to do or provide it can do. The information we use constantly when monitoring spending is very easy to access and customize . All staff are incredible to work with . Love the ignore feature when disputing charges

Cons: I work work with several different entities within our organization and move people constantly even acrosse companies. It is difficlut to move acrosse companies when they have active balances or even sumbitted reports but are not paid. I can transfer them but it requires alot of work now

Pros: Easy to use. Amazing Customer Support is my favorite thing there is. Always willing to work with us and help with whatever the ask is.

Cons: Not sure if I can find anything I do not like about this software. I do feel it is a little outdated to a lot of newer programs that are available. However I also know there are new and upcoming releases that will bring the current platform up to date

Pros: I like how it is easy to use, even if you have never used it in the past. Very quick to pick up on functionality.

Cons: I wish there were more specific reports that can be generated from this software, where you can narrow your search results down.

Pros: Customer service is awesome they work with you and will train you if needed. application is easy to use.

Cons: Reports can be difficult to figure out which to use at times. There are many steps to make changes and corrections.

Overall: one place for all to go to and use
