Fantastic. From sales to support, we've been very happy with ExpensePoint and the experience we've had. Any time we did have an issue, they were quick to address it.

Pros

I like how easy ExpensePoint is to use as both an end-user and an admin. Not only that, but the support and onboarding teams have been asbolutely fantastic. They made sure that we were set up correctly and did all training for us, so that we didn't have to worry about that. It's made our expense management process a lot smoother and we were able to save so much time with how it integrates with our credit cards and banks.

Cons

So far, there hasn't been much that we haven't liked. No users have complained to us either and we've been on it for a while now.

It has been great! Another expense management program was recommended to me before I found ExpensePoint and it was so difficult and the customer service team was basically non existent. ExpensePoint has been a dream, and I love that it's a Canadian company!

Pros

My staff LOVE ExpensePoint and it has made submitting and paying expenses so much easier! \[sensitive content hidden\] was fabulous in setting us up, making it so easy. We have gotten in to the habit of taking a picture of receipts as we collect them (not having to keep them is a thrill!), and forwarding invoices to mywallet gets things out of my inbox faster. Well worth the money.

Cons

It was tricky figuring out the connection to SAGE50, and I've struggled learning how to run the reports that have the info I am looking for, but the support team is very knowledgeable and quick to respond.

The overall qualities are average to acceptable level of service for the expense point support team. However, it the new expense user set up is improved, it 'd be better. Thank you for your always support.

Pros

Ease of use, user friendly tool, customer service is response on a timely manner and help to fix the issue quick.

Cons

Create new user on expense point with incorrect approval flow set up. I would recommend the team to recheck on the approval flow in more details (cost center, the expense approver: Both things shall be related or set up for the new user correctly) when we send the request for creating new expense point user. This is to reduce recycle of process for both sides.

Very positive. The implementation team was great, and our current customer support team is one of the best of any vendor I've ever worked with.

Pros

ExpensePoint is the market leader as far as value for money goes. The customer support team is incredibly responsive, and the customizability of the expense management system is suitable for organizations of all sizes.

Cons

The user interface is slightly clunky, but nothing noticeable once you're familiar with the system. And this is compensated for by the customizability of the system.

Very happy with the service that \[sensitive content hidden\] provided she was able to help me with all the issues I was experiencing.

Pros

I called with some issues navigating between the report I was creating and the wallet and duplicate expenses. I was helped by \[sensitive content hidden\] She was a great help very knowledgeable and patient. She actually made a frustrating situation learning the functions of new software actually fun! I normally am not quick to take surveys or leave reviews with that being said if I receive top notch service I am happy to go out of my way to recognize service. That is what \[sensitive content hidden\] provided! Very refreshing and not the kind of service offered by most companies today.

Cons

Not that I didn't like something, being new to using EXPENSEPOINT the familiarity of steps and functions was a bit frustrating.

Pros

The support is always readily available if a question pops up. The response time is low and everyone is knowledgable.

Cons

Setup can get confusing and crossed when setting up employees that may cross over departments. Luckily, support is always there to help when needed!

I deal with about 100 vendors during the course of the year, and \[sensitive content hidden\]'s service to me and my team is superior by far to that of any other company I deal with. She always gives me 100% and I'm grateful for that!

Pros

It's efficient and saves me a lot time on manual entries. It's easier for my team to submit expense reports and reimbursement requests.

Cons

The integration with Quickbooks Online took longer for me to understand than I'd hoped. However, the customer service team is always quick to respond and resolves my questions quickly.

My experiences with expensepoint are all good. All their staff always go above and beyond to help you in anything that you need. They are all very friendly and very patient and ready to dive in and solve all of your technical questions.

Pros

Expensepoint is an extremely practical solution to your accounting solutions. It saves a lot of time when closing out the month and crunching numbers. Very User- friendly.

Cons

I currently have no present issues in using this software. This will be my 7th year using this software.

Pros

The value for the money is tough to beat. Very responsive customer service.

Cons

There are some limitations on what information can be exported out of Expense point and into our ERP system.

I am happy with our overall experience. It has saved us lots of time.

Pros

We really appreciate how quickly they respond to our questions. If we ever encounter any issues, their email support is incredibly fast and helpful. The mobile app itself is very simple and user-friendly, with a clean design and neutral colors.

Cons

That we are not able to move an edited expense from one report to the next. It can be easy to add a receipt to the wrong report, and in order to add it to the correct report we need to delete the current receipt, retake the photo and add it to the new report.

Pros

Customer Support is on point, fast and efficient! uploading receipts is easy. Love the fact that the expenses are split right away, between buildings and companies.

Cons

the IT part of it, creating new codes and linking it to everything and to all card holders. Not everyone understands the IT part.

The installation of the program was a breeze, and everything went off without a hitch after it was all set up. Our customers do not report having a difficult time becoming accustomed to the program as a result of its user-friendly functioning and features. Despite the fact that there was a significant time difference between us, Theresa was really helpful and fast to reply to my questions and concerns.

Pros

This soft was the most approachable of all the service providers we contacted on our requirements for cost reporting. They made certain that we were at ease at every stage of the process and that our organization's requirements were satisfied.

Cons

At one point, the user was unexpectedly locked out and unable to re-enter their credentials in order to utilize the program. It was the user's responsibility to reinstall the program in order to get it working again, however it wasn't clear what had caused the problem in the first place.

The support staff at Expense Point has been extremely helpful and always very quick to respond and resolve any issues I may have. Their customer service is very personal and professional. The ease and organization of communication regarding the expenses submitted between staff and myself has been an immense help for me. The ease of looking up and finding specific expenses is quick and easy.

Pros

The functionality of Expense Point has been very valuable to me as an administrator. I really love how much I can do and create within the system, I don't have to get Expense Point to set these up, instead I can play in the system and create what I need. It allows me to have the system set-up to fit our company and our unique and complex accounting program. The system is very adaptable and allows me to create report templates and change approval processes easily and quickly, which is an aspect I did not find with other systems we had tried. This aspect also allows the system to grow with us in any changes we may implement in our company.

Cons

From an administrator perspective the adaptability and flexibility of the program can be a little difficult navigating at first because there are different layers to fill in when setting up or changing settings. However, once you have done it a few times it's very intuitive and it is easy to follow how all of the parts fit and work together. Unlike other programs I have used, Expense Point allows you to be able to access many features that other programs do not, and that is well worth any learning curve that may be encountered.

They could not adapt enough for our complex accounting system, at least not without paying them a lot of extra fees to create new templates. It seemed every report I wanted to create required a request to them to create it and a fee. I had no access to any of the behind the scenes working of the program. With Expense Point, you guaranteed you would make it work for us and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] came through with flying colors. Our \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was very impressed with her ability to understand our accounting system so quickly. She truly is a yoga master with the system!
