Pros

Probably the customer service- everyone is very helpful, attentive, and quick to respond. The wallet, and being able to attach the receipts to the credit card transactions as well.

Cons

I would be even better if categories could be assigned to certain vendors whose categories never change, and auto-populate the information in the expense details.

Pros

The best mobile app for expense reporting I've ever used. Easy to use and seems to be as good as the web based program. or even better ! Customer support is the best in the industry. As the administrator I like the ease of the approval process and the reports I can generate.

Cons

We did not know that ExpensePoint could work with QuickBooks and allow for direct deposit. Our accountant almost signed up with another software. Team quickly responded and provided the necessary forms for our accountant to complete. We are all in with ExpensePoint!

From day one ExpensePoint has been exceptional in providing an expense reporting system that meets the needs of our company. After reviewing several expense programs we chose ExpensePoint for the ease of use and the cost. Using ExpensePoint is so easy for our employees and approvers to create their reports (online or mobile), attach receipts and approve reports for accounting to process. The professional service that we receive is superior. We have been able to work with two representatives the entire time and not through a customer service department. Our questions and needs are always handled quickly. I can honestly say that the product and service from ExpensePoint is top of the line. \*\*Paul Ansloos and Theresa Hicock are exceptional and I love working with each one of them!

Very happy with the expense reports that it produces. Easy for employees to use.

Pros

The customer support is top-notch since you get assigned a personal contact who handles your company. Software is easy to use and reports look great. Value for money is also strong.

Cons

There are some features that could be enhanced. Being able to download receipts in JPG format is a big one. Wish there was better syncing options with credit cards like quickbooks has.

Reason for choosing ExpensePoint

I had a specific saleswoman who was assigned to me. She build custom video examples for our company and how it can work for us. I was able to show that to our employees and they were sold.

Expense Point offered the best product for our world traveling company. Before implementing Expense Point, our travelers would complain about how long it took them to organize and submit expense reports using excel sheets, taping original receipts to sheets of paper, and printing out exchange rates. The implementation team made the transition easy and trained our staff with ease and expertise. Our travelers now use the mobile app on the road and love its efficiency. Our travelers are now able to submit as soon as they return from traveling instead of a week later or more. The approval process for managers has also become easier. Even now, if we have issues, the Expense Point team is ready to help and quick finding us a resolution. I highly recommend Expense Point!

Expense Point and the team of people we work with are simply amazing. They are quick to respond and address our issues. They are always happy and professional. When I have an issue I can either call or email and the best part is I can hear their smile over the phone and through the emails. Expense Point has been extremely helpful in wrangling our credit card process into a pleasant and manageable system and for that we are very grateful. They are very knowledgeable and were great in setting up Expense Point to meet our needs as we are a little unusual in that I prepare the reports for the users who then edit and submit. Expense Point have set the bar pretty high when I find the need to hire other outside service companies.

From the beginning with one of the customer rep. in sales and her knowledge of the software, live webinar and correspondence were great. What she said they would do, they did. Even after the sale they answer the phone and emails promptly. The Support Team was very prompt on scheduling Webinar trainings with our employees both on individual and group basis. We knew going in, they didn't offer "OCR" / Read Receipt, but were working on it. No, it didn't come as soon as they were hoping, but they didn't give false hope either. Once they implemented "Read Receipt" and "Receipt Wallet" the notification, training and videos made it easy. This software is very user-friendly.

Cons

Only corporate credit cards automatically feed to the software. Limitations on customizing reports to company detail needs.

ExpensePoint is probably the most user friendly expense reporting system on the market both in terms of ease of use and ease of system setup. The ExpensePoint project team led by Paul, Theresa and Matt customized aspects of the system in order to meet all of our business needs without any hesitation. The project was completed on time and at budget. Our users appreciate the flexibility of submitting and approving expense reports through their mobile devices. Our accounting department appreciates the ease of use and system maintenance. Now that we've gone paperless, we've also reduced our environmental footprint and saved valuable storage space. ExpensePoint has definitely met our expense reporting needs!

It was a really smooth process and we are extremely happy with the service and support received. The "how to" videos under Company links from the dashboard launch are extremely helpful.

We've been using ExpensePoint for over two years now and have been very happy. I do feel that the application has limitations on my end, even as and administrator, such as not being able to push through reports that are stranded with approvers who are not available. But my customer support representatives, Theresa Hicock and Eva Gao, have been absolutely phenomenal in helping me with problems that i cannot resolve on my end. They have consistently given me quick and helpful responses to any questions and i believe gone above and beyond to check my workflow setups to make sure i have done them correctly. While i think there are sometimes unecessary limitations in what an admin can do, the customer support is strong enough to make up for it.

This allows the field engineers to do an expense report easily and immediately. No need to wait until they are back in the hotel rooms at night and tired. or worse, make accounting wait until they are back in the office to complete their reports.

We are a Non-Profit Organization with over 100 credit card users and have a very complex General Ledger structure. The credit card reporting process was manual with minimal oversight and our employees had to mail all their receipts to the Accounting department. The Expense Point software has made our credit card reporting more efficient and we now have better oversight of our credit card spending with a standard approval process. The software is easy to use and administer with very powerful reporting tools. The pricing plans are both affordable and flexible depending on usage and will pay for itself in gained efficiency and savings. Finally, the service and support team is extremely helpful and help customize the software to our specific needs. Thanks Expense Point team!

I went from a traditional expense program logging receipts and and documenting every detail. Since we went to Expense Point the support staff has be really great and helpful the program is easy to use and all expense topics are available. Customer support representative and staff have been helpful when submitting expenses for approval. I cannot imagine doing expenses any other way... it is really great.

### "Exactly what I needed"

I previously was using Concur Small Business until they decided to discontinue the service and had to look for an alternative. Expense Point is exactly what I was looking for. The account rep have been fantastic to work with. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] did a fantastic job getting my account setup and customized to my needs. Even after set-up, she followed up with me a few times to make sure everything was running smoothly. I of course had a few questions along the way, which she was able to answer quickly. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Pros

Inexpensive and provided what I needed for expense management.

Cons

Not as user friendly as Concur, but not a deal breaker.

Pros

Expense report is easy to use I can upload pictures of my receipts , code them, and submit them for approval. It loads quickly as well.

Cons

I just don't like having to switch from one software to another to have them same outcome. The program seems like it will be ok for its purpose.

The ease and accuracy is great! With this software, I know all required receipts are included and in the right category! Our account rep is always available to assist and is great!
