We have been using Expense Point for about 6 years. The system is easy to use and we have experienced very few problems. Our employees travel a lot, so we have a high volume of expenses each month. Expense Point has definitely saved us time and money in processing these expenses. The recent upgrade brought a cleaner look plus nice improvements to uploading of receipts which our employees really appreciated. The upgrade also provided greater search and reporting features for our accounting staff. The best feature of Expense Point, however, is the customer service. Never a delay in getting support; questions are answered quickly and thoroughly. This is all-around great software.

Expense Point is super easy to use for our sales team. They live at the airport and often use the mobile application with ease. They appreciate confirmation when their expenses are approved to they know when to expect payment. Also, Expense Point was able to host trainings on how to use the application- for free! Accounting adores Expense Point. It was easy to train the sales force and any updates that need to be made for new account codes or general rules are very easy. We uploaded our expense policy on the site for reference. There are drop down fields and free text fields so all information is easily captured and there is no more back and forth. The output file is in excel which makes accounting happy!

The ease of use is incredible. The auto match receipts to transactions are very high percentage.

Cons

The instances where you can't auto-match or there are multiple banks transactions to 1 receipt and you have to copy the receipt multiple times to match it.

Pros

I love that it holds people accountable to turning in their receipts and giving descriptions of what the expenses are for.

Cons

The receipt reader sometimes reads a receipt as "blurry" despite being scanned versus photographed. The receipt can be read from the image provided. It must be glitch that hasn't been worked through yet. However, when the receipt reader works and matches images to transactions on the company credit card it saves TONS of time. We love this feature even though it doensn't always work perfectly.

Printing - reports still very clumsy. Would like the option to remove headers etc so you can just print the section that you want

Transitioning from paper purchase orders and receipts to digital can be scary, but ExpensePoint made it easy for us. In a hurry? Just snap a picture of the receipt with your phone and submit. Done! No hassle of keeping up with receipts. There is a desktop version, too, that works in tandem with the mobile app so you never have to re-enter your expenses. Our staff loves it, and I don't have to track down purchase orders when it is time to pay the bills. The friendly and helpful ExpensePoint reps worked with us to customize the program to fit our needs. I highly recommend ExpensePoint for big and small companies.

Kempinski Hotels SA implemented Expense Point nearly 3 years ago. Since this time we had a really good improvement handling our expense claims. The frequent travelers are able to do them online wherever they are and the approval process is online as well. All data can be converted to be uploaded into our accounting system. The handling itself is easy and self explanatory. The introduction videos on the welcome page gives every user a really good overview how to use the system. We use in addition a short manual for newcomers, which we prepared for our special needs. We still have sometimes problems, that the pages is not loading properly. But the support team at Global Point is quick in helping and can usually solve the problem within a day. We would definitely recommend the system.

I am a huge fan of expense point. Finally, an expense report that goes where I go. Both personally as well as administratively. Expense point's mobile app is great. No more loosing or forgetting receipts. I have it on my phone & can attach receipts to my expense reports by just taking a picture and uploading it. Honestly, it's the easiest and most convenient expense software I've ever used and makes doing expenses less of an imposition. The customer service representatives are like no other. They have always resolved every issue I have presented them. I walk away feeling like a pro. Thanks Expense Point!

Expense Point provides a wide range of options to track, review and audit expenses while it also lets you do it almost form anywhere. Even though it has some technical issues from time to time, customer support is fast responsive to any issue you may address to them. A very god deal of the program is the option of generating all kinds of expense reports based on an ample selection criteria. I would only recommend that they should work towards modifying the Credit Card report files to let you upload credit card expenses including previously all the criteria and in an easier way ( no adding one by one to the report)

ExpensePoint software is extremely easy to use--implementation was a breeze with the knowledgeable folks at the company, especially Theresa Hicock. Our company has quite a few levels of approval and quite a complicated detailed system that needed to be figured out and implemented. This was done efficiently and patiently, updates are taken care of quickly, and the customer service supplied by Theresa Hicock is supreme. Theresa addresses every question or concern timely and effectively. Our process is seamless in its flow; I don't think there is a better system to be found!!! Thanks ExpensePoint and Kudos to Theresa!!!

My hat is off to the folks at ExpensePoint. Our company needed a way for employees to easily submit travel expenses and quickly get reimbursed. ExpensePoint does all the hard work for us through their mobile and desktop apps. Their product allows our employees to quickly upload travel expenses in an efficient and organized manner. The employee's reports are then funneled on to their supervisor for approval. We at 247Sports could not be happier with ExpensePoint. Their products and technology are the best in the industry. Their support staff is equally as GOOD!
