Overall: after about 2 month from my original application that I filled out and did not receive any communication from them I called gilbarco and I was lucky some one answer and connect me to the right group and about 2 months I got in and sometimes you can't display the report sometimes the receipt, I'm so afraid to use the update part of to update my POS DO NOT GET THIS SOFTWARE
Pros: nothing absolutely nothing - I had to buy it because I need to update my gilbarco software otherwise there are better company and must better data capturing than these people - they only capture the printing report in a PDF and if you lucky you may be able to display it
