Customer support is timely and friendly. 99% percent of the time they help solve my issues and/or teach me how to perform an action through the system that will help me facilitate certain tasks that need to be completed. There is also a suggestion box where you can make a suggestion in a future update for the System administrators to decide whether or not they should add a feature. **Cons:** In order to have some tasks performed, there are sometimes a long and a short way to do it, but a lot of the times there are tasks that only have a long way to do them. That is the only "issue" with the system. Add more shortcuts if possible, please.
