Hands down, the best one I've used (and I've tried a few.) I encourage anyone to get the free trial and see for yourself.

Pros

I have been using Classjuggler for close to 10 years and have watched it evolve into an excellent studio management processor. From scheduling classes and instructors in a way that is quick and prevents duplication, I use the software for all facets of my business. My families enjoy the ease in using the app to register their kids and keep track of their account. Most recently they incorporated a time tracker for my employees at no additional cost. Also, the exceptional service and training provided is huge for me. I can't say enough great things about this wonderful company.

Cons

I have been pleased with all aspects of this software. Whenever I have questions, they are quick to respond and resolve my issue. (I'm usually the problem :-)

Jackrabbit's rates seemed a bit high and seemed to increase as options were added. To be fair that was a long time ago, but you couldn't pay me to change to any other software. Classjuggler has everything I need and more (way more!)

Superb! \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and his staff are awesome, and have been a huge help to our business needs.

Pros

The software is user friendly for both the customer and the client supporting. The set up is supported by staff, and improvements and software updates/suggestions accepted and implemented ongoing. The support response time is always timely, and helpful! There are also training modules offered periodically, which is a great tool if one has the time and need to learn.

Cons

Some of the technical features are a bit more than we have been able to learn, but CJ staff is always there to assist and support!

A few years ago we trialed several other Class Managment software products and found Class Juggler to be far superior in their personal communications alone. The best aspect of CJ is help! Any and every time I have a question or concern and reach out for help, I get it quickly and courteously.

Pros

I love the customer portal! Having the customer maintain their own account is HUGE! I just have to accept the orders and move on. This has been a big timesaver.

I really wish there was a way to schedule email and text alerts to customers in advance.

Admin side is great, parent side can be improved. The button for automatic payments is phrased kid of funny. I would like to personalize it. Parents don’t always understand they have to fill out their info, then their students, then select a class. The link in the emails goes to the global page. I would like to personalize it, so when they click it it will take my clients to my classjuggler portal.

The parent interface, I always have confused parents. They often say it isn’t user friendly. So, we still do paper registrations most of the time and I input everything manually.

### "Decent but many flaws"

This software isn't very versatile. We use it for our after school classes and there are many features that it lacks. Trying to get the support team to change or add a feature sometimes works but mostly doesn't. It might be better for a dance studio that doesn't have a lot of moving parts but our school does. Would love to discuss more about how ClassJuggler could improve on our account to become a better system.

Pros

The reports are great. Customer service has been helpful when I can get ahold of them. sending a mass email is good.

Cons

The log-in process is a pain, automatically having a password reset is annoying (why do this?), we need information that ClassJuggler doesn't get for us (we need a spot for teachers name to run a report by teacher, I've brought this up many times but no one has helped), We need parent info to be a mandatory field, such as phone number and email address. having customers in the cart check out that we can't check out (we have to contact each parent, terrible use of our time) is an inconvenience for our team.

Great! I love the customer service and how they take and implement suggestions. This product is always improving and the customer service remains excellent!

Pros

In a market that is flooded with similar products the question I ask myself is how easy is it to get support when there is an issue? The answer is very easy with ClassJuggler! Let's face it, there will always be a need for support and problem solving and hands down I do not believe you will find a more supportive and ready to help company that \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] & his team at ClassJuggler. I have been using this system for about 10 years and am still very happy with my decision to stay. They are easy and pleasant to work with, always helpful and willing to educate, take and implement suggestions, available on both EST & PST and in an emergency will return calls after they have closed for the day! Where else will you find a company that cares enough about your concerns to call you back after they have closed? I bought this product based upon cost when I first started. I stay because of the customer service and if you give them a try, I think you will too.

Cons

I struggle with customer payments so I would like my customers to have to keep a card on file. I do not want customers to be able to remove a card and not replace it with another. We are an elective service and deserved to be paid.

The \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and support people have been wonderful to work with. Whenever I have an issue they contact me immediately and work through it with me. They follow up to make sure they have answered my questions. They were willing to work with me during the Covid pandemic when I could not work. Outstanding customer service.

Pros

I like that ClassJuggler allows ease of payments for my customers as well as ease of royalty payments to my franchise group. I use their reporting for all aspects of my business from tracking growth to reporting for taxes. I also love the ability to send emails to my customers whether it be class updates or for billing purposes. Overall the customizations they have made for Kinderdance franchisees has made the registration and billing part of the business very turnkey for me.

Cons

Some of the features seem a little clunky or complicated, but not enough to deter me from the product.

### "Functionality and Complexity"

Pros

If you need to do something, there is usually a way the system allows you do to so. Customer support is timely and friendly. 99% percent of the time they help solve my issues and/or teach me how to perform an action through the system that will help me facilitate certain tasks that need to be completed. There is also a suggestion box where you can make a suggestion in a future update for the System administrators to decide whether or not they should add a feature.

Cons

In order to have some tasks performed, there are sometimes a long and a short way to do it, but a lot of the times there are tasks that only have a long way to do them. That is the only "issue" with the system. Add more shortcuts if possible, please.

### "Does the job, and can use some improvement "

Once learned, functionality is reliable. Regularly hear from parents that the system is very difficult. Regularly discover that parents have registered, but not enrolled, which leads to frustration. Wish there were more ways to easily communicate with classes, parents, schools. The email template approach for communication is limiting and frustrating. Would like to be able to include school contact and instructors on some mass emails. Appreciate the recent addition of being able to email multiple classes. That is a HUGE help. Being able to make mass charges or credits to all classes at one school would be very helpful. The ease use for me is good, but it's not an intuitive system.

Pros

Secure online credit card payments and processing and statement delivery. Easy class list update and creation for printing. Good mobile site. Can do everything on phone that can do on computer.

Cons

Not intuitive. Very challenging for new users.

### "What a Timesaver!"

I own a small children's art studio named Bristles Art Studio. We teach after school art lessons, host paint nights, children's birthday parties, paint your own pottery, and summer art camps! I was having such a hard time with keeping up with accounts and registration. When I would host my summer camp registration, there would be an angry line out the door!! Now with ClassJuggler, I can host registration online, and people can register in their PJ's! It is so easy for them to "hold their spot" in a summer camp by depositing money online with their credit card, and I don't have to worry about hassling them for weeks about it. The best part about ClassJuggler is thier customer support. I have called a few times when I got into a part of the software that I wasn't sure about. They spend time with you on the phone, walking you through every step! It really is amazing! I am not computer savvy at all, but I can do Class Juggler. I also like that I can email or text certain groups of students about reminders or class cancellation, without having to email my entire list of customers. I used to use another software for emailing customers, but now I just use ClassJuggler. It has been a huge timesaver for me. I used to spend so much time after students left, getting the accounts in order. No more!

All info for all classes is there. I can't really think of any more pros. The review will not submit unless I add more characters.

Cons

Way too many screens. I have to go from screen to screen to screen. Setting up a new school is time consuming because each one has to have their own class, category, etc... There are no quick views of entire school.

Attempting to put them all on one screen would be simply impossible, or impossibly confusing for most users who prefer to see tasks and features grouped/presented topically, such as grouping all reports together on one screen, all staff records on another, all student records on another, etc., rather than having to scroll endlessly to keep it all on one page/screen. Also, the current version of ClassJuggler does include a "dashboard" page upon login, giving you a high-level view of your entire business, including customers, students, instructors, classes, alerts, to do list items, calendar events, upcoming student birthdays, and more. If you haven't used ClassJuggler in a while, please consider returning to see if the new version solves your concern.

### "It does the job, but it's "Clunky"

I am a franchisee, so the cost of the program is part of my franchise fees, and I cannot speak to it's cost. The program does what I NEED it to do, and Customer service has been great from the beginning, whether it was to get me started and set up or helping me through things I didn't understand they have been very good. That being said...I sometimes get frustrated at the ...(i don't know what else to call it) clunkyness of it though. It does the things I need it to do, but it takes a bunch of steps, which can be aggravating. Occasionally, I am unable to do something the way I WANT to do it, such as sorting lists by a certain headder or automating a certain process. But, on the plus side, it has never crashed on me, it is not difficult to use,(once you get the hang of it) and overall, it is a sturdy platform, that meets my NEEDS list but falls short on my WANTS list.

Pros

It does the job. Meets overall needs. Customer service has been responsive. It is stable (doesn't crash all the time). Cost is included in our franchise fee.

Cons

it is clunky, feels like a program that has been added onto and added onto for so many revisions that it is difficult to keep things fluid. inability to sort billing screen by number of days past due (or date). Inability to automate both the bulk creation of invoices and the bulk sending of invoices. inability to choose the number of classes, customers, students, etc that show up on a screen that there are so many steps to do simple tasks

### "Good Software for the money and great customer service"

This is our 2nd year using the software for our dance studio. Last year we used it to for our student enrollment, class scheduling and reporting. This year we started using it to bill our customers and track tuition and payments. I relied on customer service quite a bit while I was setting up the financial side of things, and they were extremely patient and helpful. We still only accept cash or check but are looking at adding a credit card option for next year. We also don't use the customer portal option currently. Class Juggler has helped us keep our heads as we grow. The only thing I would like to see is an option to help us create recital orders. The interface isn't very pretty or intuitive, but it does function well and it doesn't take much time to figure things out. I would rather have a hard working reliable software than an unreliable one that looks pretty.

Pros

Reliable, updates are useful. Reporting often has an export option so it can be manipulated and customized in excel. Monthly tuition statements are easy for the customer to read and understand. Customer service is helpful.

Cons

No recital/performance/ dance order option. Not very pretty to look at and not intuitive.

There are probably more reports I can use with my job and I slowly integrate them in as needed. The staff at Class Juggler are very helpful when I describe what I need or am looking for they direct me to which report or link I should be using. Very satisfied!

Pros

The most important part of my job is to be able to communicate with parents efficiently and quickly if needed. I like that I can email the whole class at one time. This is effective due to cancelling and/or changing class days or times.

Cons

Takes time to set up all your classes but the staff showed me shortcuts and how to copy and paste

Our organization has been using ClassJuggler for over 10 years, and we love it. We are not actually a dance school. We are a homeschool cooperative, but it works great for our situation. We have looked at tons of other class management services over the past 10 years, but we have never found one with as many features at such an affordable price. Since we offer a la carte classes in all kinds of subjects on a varying schedule with varying costs associated with each class, our program does not fit into most "school" software programs. The ones that might work are extremely expensive and not as flexible. ClassJuggler has always been able to handle all of our complicated needs.

Pros

Extreme flexibility in class scheduling, class pricing, payment options for customers. Great support as well.

Cons

Has a bit of an "old school" feel especially in the customer login area. No feature to show teacher bios to help customers in selecting classes.

Excellent customer service- always friendly and helpful! 5 star awesomeness. I gave 4 starts only because there are times when I have to wait for a call-back and wish I could reach someone immediately. Great software for my dance center. When we first started using CJ, I felt like I was on vacation because it simplified my job and saved me so much time. I don't know what I would do without it!

Pros

That it is made specifically for dance schools and understands our needs! Upgrades and improvements are very much appreciated.

Cons

I wish the billing cycle could be tweaked more specifically to fit the needs of individual studios. I wish the credit card possibilities included PayPal since it's so much cheaper.

Great! Its what we have been looking for for our school. I just wish we found it sooner!

Pros

It has everything we need for our school all in one place. It makes it super easy to keep track of our students, what classes they are in AND easily allows parents to access their own portal and pay online whenever they need to.

Cons

What I like least is that it was very hard to learn. Everyone is still learning and its not super user friendly. We have all been having to just play with it to figure things out.

Pros

Transactions are so easy to keep track of! If an employee doesn't know what to do, it takes less than three minutes to explain the process.

Cons

One thing that I would like is to have easier access to parents and students, most of the time I have to go all the way back from start when I need to go back in the system.

Pros

Having everything in one place from registration, class rosters and tuition payments. Very user friendly.

Cons

Wish there was a user friendly way to get a list of active customers email addresses for each class or category that you can copy and paste easily.
