Pros

The reports available to keep track of student accounts, it's all in one place! I love I can look up all the students credit card info and payment details so easily.

Cons

The screen is a bit confusing with so many tabs and menus.

I wasn't overly impressed. It worked. But was not perfect for my business

Pros

I did like that it was easy to set up classes and get things organized for my class sessions. But after that I was super impressed.

Cons

Very hard to do day to day processing on. Was not user friendly and had a had time with customer service making things for work my company

Pros

What I like most about Classjuggler is it easy to use. The gym I work at recently switch software and it was easy to make the switch for everyone.

Cons

I do not like how when you like at the student attendance page it shows their attendance from the last year instead of just the last month.

Pros

CUSTOMER SERVICE ROCKS! Like the different financial pieces I can pull. Notifications process is also a plus

Cons

The time table for lack of use before it kicks you out is very short. Not all features are as user friendly as they appear Not as easy to clean up duplicate clients - especially if parents have different last names from each other and/or child

Overall, it’s made my life as a part time after school hobbies teacher much easier and streamlined.

Pros

It’s easy to enroll students, see which classes have which capacity on which days and times, and keep everything organized. I’ve been able to partner with additional instructors and make more classes available now that I know what my week will look like and how many students are participating!

Cons

I wish there were more and better options to collect payment from my students. PayPal would be a nice addition, and I don’t like that people get charged outside of their due date when autopay is selected. Maybe this is operator error!

Amazing price is a tad high but I was willing to pay it to get organized for my classes. Everything works perfect and customer support is good

Pros

Easy to use! Very user friendly not difficult at all even for the not so tech savvy person. We use this for our dance studio classes

Cons

Could possibly maybe be a tad overpriced. If you’re not looking to spend money maybe find a more affordable option

While some competitors have had multiple price increases over the years (and some even doubling or tripling their prices) we've been able to continue to provide our software at what we feel is a fair monthly fee starting at just $44.95.

Easy to use, great organization of classes. Easy online store use for customers.

Pros

Its pretty easy to use once you get to know it. We like being able to email and entire class and or multiple classes at one time.

Cons

Just the little things that get irritating but all software has issues. Its usually resolved pretty quickly.

This fits my needs as mobile dance/movement/fitness instructor for children. I had some initial problems when I first starting using it, but Class Juggler was there to give training...as well as pop ups, and utube. I can set up my classes, collect tuition, communicate with parents, track skills, charge for costumes and other items, print class lists, bdays, monthlies, etc.

Pros

versatility, AND that corporate can take the monthly reports they need.

Cons

Took some getting used to.

Pros

Most parts of the software are very intuitive like managing students, customers, tutors. I still haven't got tutors and there are several aspects of the software I haven't used so I will know in the next couple months.

Cons

There are a few aspects that I need help figuring out. Some of them are managing the customer portal. Recently a user said they were not able to reset their password. I deleted the customer record in class juggler and asked the person to register again. I hope this doesn't happen frequently.

Sukanya, typically password reset issues are with the end-user. Often when receiving a generic email like a password reset, the emails can go to their SPAM folder. It's a good idea to always have them check this first. And deleting their entire record was unnecessary. You can easily change a customers password, for them, right from their maintenance screen. So many great features that help when managing a small studio.

Pros

ClassJuggler makes having a small studio much easier. It me immensely with scheduling and payments. Very easy to use and customize.

Cons

Not to many negative things to say about ClassJuggler. I don't think that the interface is the most attractive (looks pretty old), but that does not get in the way of anything.

Amazing program overall! Just need a few tweaks to make it more efficient to use as a coach in the gym. I would love to be able to click one button to access my classes for that day. Even though you can save some settings, it always reverts back to Monday. If that feature was available, I would give it 5 stars across the board!

Easy access from anywhere!

Cons

Some screens are cumbersome to access. Attendance as a coach takes too many steps.

I love classjuggler. It is a huge time saver and we just wish we had it earlier!

Pros

Classjuggler has essentially saved me hours of time each week. The billing features are outstanding. The customer data and reporting is great. All of the reporting features are really helpful when managing customers, billing, etc.

Cons

If it can be considered a con - there are almost too many features when it comes to class management. Kids are moving classes weekly that affect how that looks in Classjuggler. So the many options on class management I skip over.

I've been using Class Juggler for about 1.5 years and am VERY satisfied with their system. They have excellent and prompt customer service, which was a huge draw for me as I like to get answers when I want them, not wait on hold or be asked to watch a lengthy tutorial. They are constantly making improvements which serves to further cut down my time with invoicing and customer management. Their monthly price is very competitive and is worth every penny. I highly recommend you look into their online system before making a choice. If you are like me, you will compare them to the other big name providers, but in the end they give the best bang for your buck and you simply cannot put a price on the amount of time you save. -Dominic Capponi Philadelphia Dance Theatre

Class Juggler does not allow me to manage my payables, but I have not seen any competitor who does. Hopefully they will one day so I can rid myself of quickbooks.

The best system I have found that provides me both employees and customers data in one system. I am able to maintain employee scheduling and details along with customer enrollment, billing and communications. It is like a one stop shop.

Cons

A little more complicated for my customers to enroll in my programs without detailed directions. (too many screens required to go to during the enrollment process). I would really like to see a seamless enrollment procedure for customers where the required info is prompted without the customer having to search for the required fields.

I would recommend this system to any company with multiple repeat monthly buyers.

Pros

Collecting payments and keeping track of them is VERY easy. Collecting credit and debit card payments is extremely and fast. What used to take me hours now takes minutes! Great customer support; very quick to respond when a question is asked of them.

Cons

There are no glaring cons for this system. The only complaint would be that some of my customers are confused by the ordering system since they are buying a service and not a product. However I believe there are always going to be people that have trouble with any system.
