October 29, 2014 5.0 I always say ClassJuggler is like an employee - it honestly takes so much administrative work off our hands and keeps things running efficiently - often without any work on our part (online registration, online payment, etc.). It saves me money on paying someone to do all that administrative work. I love every feature about it and it is very simple to navigate. Most of my front desk girls are high school and college age, and they are able to train themselves on it pretty quickly. As a new studio, it is so important for me to be organized and professional, and our parents compliment us all the time on the simplicity of our registration process and they love being able to pay online. March 1, 2018 4.0 It's a convenient service for parents to pay online. Pros The customer service is very good and the price is very reasonable comparing to all the market competition. Customer portal is quite clear and professional looking. Cons The user interface is a little daunting and the check-out process is not straightforward. Almost all my customers emailed me after they purchased the program because they never receive any confirmation. Also we keep asking for adding more fields to suit our business requirement. I definitely recommend the 30 day free trial so you can enter real data and see how it works for you. Pros \- Just started the 30 day free trial. I run a mobile gymnastics program. It seems this software has been made specifically for mobile programs. - Customer support is free Cons \- Make sure you use Firefox rather than Chrome because I didn't realize I was supposed to do this at first and couldn't figure out how to enter data. - Wish there was a way to upload a photo of each child into the parent portal. Parents love photos of their kids in class and I think it could help remind parents how much fun their child has in class! Pros ClassJuggler makes it easy to keep track of our students, including their absences, make ups, and payments. You can also input specific guidelines for a class, including age ranges, capacity, and gender, and it will warn you if you're registering a student that doesn't meet those guidelines! Cons Keeping track of wait list customers can be difficult, since you can't save the data recorded in your notes once they have been registered for their class. AC Ashley C. Used the software for: ### "User-friendly; could use a few tweaks" March 24, 2017 3.0 Overall it's an intuitive program. It does what it says it will do: help you juggle various classes. I like how you can change up your search criteria (search by first or last customer name, customer #, etc.). The calendar feature is nice for getting the big picture of what your class schedule by month or week looks like. One thing that I would change if I could is the display options for lists. It defaults to short lists of values. To display an entire class list, I have to click "Display" and then the number of list items I want, but then I also have to click Refresh. I feel like the default should be the entire list, with an opt-in option to shorten them. Billing is easy and I like the layout of customer records. " February 22, 2018 5.0 Pros This software is easy to use and has practical features. I have only been using it fr 4 1/2 months and found the format easy to understand. Cons The only con I have found in the short time using the software is in customer maintenance where the password can be changed. It says the user's name, but doesn't say the log in is the user's email. At first, I was telling users the user log in was their name. I utilize the roll sheets the most out of all of it and they are a lot better than the ones we've had in the past. Cons The only issue we've come across is the inability to change font sizes. On our largest desktop, in the office, the font is very small. It would be nice to change that. Same for the roll sheets. If the roll sheets could have an edit feature or a way to add additional columns, that would be useful. I personally add a costume column to my rolls so I can check off if students have tried on their costumes. Review Source SS Somephiane S. So far we have been told either how to work around the system, which isn't fixing the issue, or that it can't be done. Before we switched to Class Juggler we were told it would meet all of our need, but so far it is not working out the way were told it would. The team at Class Juggler listens when you make a suggestion on improvements. Pros I switched from a different product approximately six months ago and I could not be happier. The staff at Class Juggler made my transition simple by walking me through the process. Anytime I have a question, I can get a response from support within just a few hours. This is important because most of my registration is done via the internet. Cons It takes some getting used to; however, once you know what you are trying to do, you can figure it out. There are also a lot of links to assist you directly on the website. February 12, 2013 5.0 I would recommend this product to dance studios out there. Especially for those whose directors don't use software that much! Pros Since i've started using class juggler, it has been the most easiest to use and follow. I've used other sites before and they were much more confusing to use, as class juggler is pretty self explanatory. That's what I look for in a system. I'm not really computer savvy, so I look for the easiest software. Cons I've had no issues since using the software. The monthly price is great also. I can tell you that i have called classjuggler two or three times fairly recently for customer service, left a message and did not get a return call. This is sort of new....Jon used to actually answer the phone sometimes 2. I seem to have too many customers for whom an email sent from classjuggler goes into their spam folders. I haven't used the payments features much cause I use QB already and transfer is hard. I like many of the features but you could improve on the ones I listed above Pros Most features are user friendly Like the reports feature Tracking registrations Looking up customer info is easy Cons I don't like the $$ due being on the roll sheet reports No birthdates listed on roll sheets (which would be nice) I cannot specify the registrations due for just like the month of March (it lists every child registered after a certain date but can't limit to a month's time) Transferring to Quickbooks is hard and NOT user friendly Review Source RL Robert L. I started by tracking expenses from ordering costumes and shoes to tracking tuition through MS Excel and was quickly struggling. I then did free trials for three different companies and Classjuggler was head and shoulders better than the others I tried. The interface is so user-friendly and language of the operations make so much sense. Customer service has been quick to respond whenever I needed help, they even added some phone companies to my SMS options so I can better communicate with parents. Love this software.
