There have been no issues with either the product or the service. It might be nice to have a little more in the way of options for customized reports, but overall extremely satisfied. Every person that has helped with any questions has been very professional and the system has done what I was told it would do, so no suprises.

Very easy to use and has provided a common communication platform to all of our vendors. Vendors report that the software is very intuitive. It will be great if part description, unit of measure and whether or not the date shown is for delivery or ship date can be managed by the administrator/user.

It's intuitive and easy to use. Automatic setup of EDI data from incoming transactions is a huge bonus. Takes the guess work out of setup.
