The customer service is wonderful. They answer any questions I have immediately and always help walk me through any new changes to the system. Compudance has saved me an immeasurable amount of time in bookkeeping, organizing, billing, class structure and many more ways. I highly recommend this program to all businesses. Cons There are so many features, I cannot learn all of them. Taking time to go through the system is just something I can't do but wish I could. As the owner of a large studio, they fit my needs better than most programs. What really stands out, however, is their customer service. You always speak to a real person, their response times are fast, thorough, and they truly go above and beyond in every way. They are also willing to listen to suggestions and make adjustments as they can. Pros The customer service, willingness to listen to suggestions, ease of use, new/updated interface is awesome! We are hoping to launch them next week but have already been playing around with them and I think our parents will be SO SO happy! Pros They really listen to feedback and strive to give their customers what they are asking for. Made several changes over the last year+ that has vastly improved the efficiency of the program. Online help manual is very descriptive and useful but if you have to call/email in they respond quickly! Cons I didn't like the billing set up and no way to track refunds but they added quick billing links to the Student list and now track refunds. I found the software quite easy to use when using with their online help manual but have found it difficult to teach to new admins. Pros Easy to navigate and learn new features Cons Just need to have a way of tracking each payment entered - maybe with a Full Check amount box and then disperse the check how needed.
