You can search by date, seder, topic, job, project, etc. It had made my life very easy. Cons Nothing. There is not even a single con of mail manager. The mails are stored locally so that's a big plus too. Pros Customer Support is award winning and courteous. Easy to use and understand, lots of database features, makes mail sorting easy. Cons Seems a bit pricey, you have to pay extra for features like palletizing Standard Rate Mail, another extra is palletizing First class and Flats. It comes standard with Mail.xml for uploading the paperwork to the Post Office but you pay extra for Mail.dot. We use it for presorting, organizing, NCOA lookups, and the list goes on. A+ software. Pros Mail Manager is full of features and shortcuts to make our data processing quick and easy. Their customer support is always available to help and we have never been told we'll receive a call back. They stay on the line until the issue is fixed. It's hard to find support like that. Cons I would have said my only con was having to update using a physical disc however they have now fixed that issue with downloadable updates. If you are looking for a quality easy to use mail presorting software you should definitely try out BCC's Mail Manager.
