Very easy to use and work with

Pros

The simplicity and ease of use was very helpful as we started working with it

Cons

The software is good for the early stages in a smaller sized business than we are currently and so some of the features were less flexible of scalable

Sellers have a great understanding of commercial printers needs and are very responsive to questions and problems. Additionally, they have updated for digital and interfacing FedEx and UPS. The newer cloud systems seem great but cost significantly more and increased risk of what happens if they stop development or go out of business? No need to worry with PSI as they've been around a long time and continue to update their offering.

Pros

Full suite from job cost collection, estimating, customer notes and multiple contacts, accounting interface with quickbooks.

Cons

Was a little inflexible at times and difficult to get it do what we wanted
