Pros Includes standard rates and production standards for a very wide spectrum of graphic arts operations Cons Software or Rate Tables have seen an update in the last 5 years. As a result, the product suffers from occasional hiccups and mis-starts. We have had to create laborious work-arounds to keep using the product.
